Ceci est une ferme historique vraiment unique et joliment fini qui est confortable et charmant. Vous pouvez marcher au train, Jitney, supermarché IGA, Restaurants, Antiquaires et All That Southold ville a à offrir. Vous êtes nombreux vignobles minutes de la plage du fondateur et, bien sûr, !! Greenport et Cutchogue sont à cinq minutes en voiture. Ceci est vraiment un endroit idéal pour profiter de la North Fork !!!

Beautiful home and property with everything you need to enjoy the Northfork of Long Island. My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. Well equipped with plenty of space and very comfortable accommodations. Cannot wait to return!

Wonderful and clean stay - perfect location

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The check in process was very easy and Patricia was very accommodating. The house was adorable and very clean. The location was great - very quiet at night and close to all the wineries. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect location for a fall getaway

The house was in a perfect location - walking distance to town, shopping, restaurants and wineries. We loved the character of the house and it had everything we needed for a long weekend. Plenty of room for multiple families! Check in and out was a breeze and everything was as expected. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Such a good spot with lovely hosts!

This VRBO was perfect we rented it for the week before my wedding. Pat was quick to respond to any questions and so accommodating as we had some hiccups with last minute wedding things. Cant recommend it enough!

Peaceful getaway

Our sisters getaway was just perfect! The house is so clean and cozy. It was equipped with everything we needed to feel just like home. So convenient to amazing wineries and unique shops! I can’t wait to get back there! It’s was so perfect! And the beds were comfy too!

Wonderful home away from home!

This was a wonderful place to vacation for our extended family. Many great spaces where we could congregate or have our own space, very well equipped kitchen, great yard to play in, and located close to great beaches and restaurants. The owner responded to many questions we had patiently and promptly. I would happily recommend this to anyone wanting to visit the North Fork!

Sisters Reunion

We walked twice to Horton lighthouse park, explored the 100 plus stairs to the beautiful beach, walked to buy groceries. In addition, there was Apple picking available, wineries, antiques, galleries and nearby shops, eateries and scenic views which all of us enjoyed. The house was meticulously decorated and appointed- an absolute gem!

Great getaway for our annual sisters’ weekend!

I and my 3 adult sisters enjoyed a fabulous weekend here! What a quaint, comfortable, neat and clean, perfectly located home. We toured wine country, ambled the smooth stone beach at the base of Horton Point Lighthouse and enjoyed the easy walk to downtown- don’t miss the pizza from Michaelangelo’s or the great menu at Founders Tavern. The house is superbly decorated, ultra clean and has fluffy towels and great beds and sheets (this is important!) the deck and private yard make the whole stay complete. Thank you!

Girls Weekend in the North Fork

I came with several good friends to enjoy a weekend away, in the beauty and charm of the North Fork. We cooked good food, tasted delicious wines, and just relaxed! This house was absolutely perfect for our needs. We can via train and Jitney from the city and the house was very conveniently located within short walking distance of both. It was also very close to the grocery store and lots of shopping. Since we did not have a car, this helped tremendously! The house was very comfortable and also lovely. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and the living room was spacious enough for us to all watch tv together in the evenings. The outside patio was perfect for outdoor meals. We loved staying here and can't wait to come back next year!
