The house/pool/property were all in great shape and much larger than I thought on the listing. The house has everything you would want and is ideally located, on a nice quiet block. The hosts were excellent which made the process smooth and easy.

This property is gorgeous! Beautiful house with an outdoor pool in a nice quiet neighborhood. Kitchen is equipped with Everything you need and house was very clean. We had a few questions being were from Arizona and the host was very accommodating and quick with responses. Great North Fork property, close driving distances to vineyards, farmstands and greenport night life.

We loved our stay - the pool was the star of the show and there was the perfect amount of space for 6 people. The bathrooms were very nice and clean. Also a quick drive to Greenport and Love Lane. Host was very communicative and check-in and check-out was extremely easy. I will note that there was construction during the day on the neighboring house right behind the pool, so the noise was a little distracting at times but not too bad. Overall, a wonderful stay and we’d love to come back!

Property was in a perfect spot for getting around the North Shore and over to the Hampton as well. Plenty of room and the back cottage can accommodate another couple/small family. Lived the outdoor space and the surrounding area. Definitely would come back here again - AND the owners were super easy to work with and very quick to respond to our questions!

We were in the area for a wedding and the Barnes’ home was perfect for our family. Lots of room to spread out, immaculately clean, beautiful pool area, short walk down to the small beach area. Close to lots of wineries and adorable village of Mattituck. The communication with the hosts was great and they were extremely responsive. A great place to stay if you are visiting the area!

Had a phenomenal family weekend at Shawns house in Mattituck. Quaint property in a great community stocked with tons of games and necessities. Will definitely be visiting again!

The owner was great communicating! The house was clean and comfortable. It was exactly what we needed for my son’s wedding. The cottage was perfect as an extra guest house! Everything was great!! Would definitely rent again!

Wonderful home. Loved hanging by the pool after a day of biking and wine tasting. We also enjoyed having dinner on the deck and then playing games at the dining room table before heading to bed exhausted. The cottage was great for the third couple. We would love to come back again.
