Garden In The Sky-Life On Top Of The World

Live like Hollywood royalty atop the Santa Monica Mountains at Skyline West. Away from the crowds yet close to the action of Hollywood Boulevard and the Sunset Strip. Some of the things we like best: Newly re-modeled in Hollywood royalty style. Panoramic city and mountain views Gardens and lawns. Five bedrooms, five baths 4,296 sq. ft. home on almost one acre estate. Available for rent to discerning royalty.

EXTENSIONS:
Extending your rental beyond the originally agreed-upon checkout date requires a surcharge: 20% for the first extension, 30% for the second and 40% thereafter.

SHOWINGS
The owner may need to show the property to potential renters during your stay. It is agreed that you will allow the showings at a mutually agreed day and time. $100 will be credited to your bill, with our gratitude.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
The maximum number of people allowed on the property is 15. Because of this, we need a $10,000 refundable security deposit to prevent unauthorized gatherings, and pay for utilities.
If more than 15 people are on the property at any time, there is a penalty of $250 per person starting with the 16th person. So if 20 people are on the property we charge $250 x 5 = $1,250, etc. The balance of the deposit is promptly refunded to you.
