Jeg kalder det mit lykkelige sted. Nyd en afslappet ferie, der nyder lyden af bølgerne og lugten af stranden. Perfekt indkvartering til en familieferie eller en gateway. Smuk strandlejlighed med direkte adgang til stranden og fællesarealer med pool, havepavillon og legeplads for børn. Beliggende 15 minutter fra Walmart og et stort indkøbscenter med foodcourt og velkendte butikker. Jeg vil absolut anbefale en biludlejning.

Perfect spot for our family!

We loved being right on the beach and the kids loved being steps away from the pool. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5- plenty of space for us to be comfortable. Can’t wait to come back!

Peaceful

We took a family vacation to disconnect and be present. Everything we could have needed and more was here. The beach is right off the property and was pristine. It was so quiet at the complex, and it was just what we needed. Everything was clean, check in was easy, and host is quick to respond!
Water was clear and calm, even when storms were coming in!

Beach and pool and sun.

Excellent place. The beach is literally a sixty second walk away. The pool if the sand is not your thing is sixty seconds the other way. Absolutely a wonderful place to stay.

Great stay in Loiza

The condo was spacious and clean and overlooked the waves crashing on the beach. Very convenient and comfortable.

Great vacay!

This community was a great place to stay. It is gated and safe. It is central to all the main activities, San Juan, ferry to Culebra, and El Yunque rain forest. Be aware there will be driving!! If you stay in Luquillo, you will be closer to the ferry and rain forest but farther from San Juan. I recommend figuring out what you are most interested in before you select a place to stay. Best food options are in San Juan.

Amazing

My family and I loved this place! It was my nieces’ 1st time in PR and they will never forget it! Waking up to hear and see the ocean everyone morning was a life changing experience for them. Must stay! Will be back again for sure!

Great vacation!

The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the balcony and watching the waves. We also enjoyed the pool!

Amazing condo with private beach access

We stayed at this condo over the Christmas holiday and absolutely loved the location and accommodations. The private beach and pool were highlights for the family. Neither were ever crowded. The property was hard to find with the address listed on VRBO, but we just searched for "Malibu Beachfront Condos" in Google Maps and it took us right there. We would definitely stay here again!

First Visit to Puerto Rico

Staying in Malibu Beachfront Condos in Loíza was the best area we could have chosen to see the entire Island of Puerto Rico and Veiques. But after seeing most of Puerto Rico we could not have been more satisfied with the choice of staying in Loíza. It has the best of beaches, pool, attractions, stores, and restaurants. We will definitely come back.

Quiet location with a quiet beach

The condo is nicely furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of space. The deck looks out at the ocean which makes it a wonderful place to sit and drink coffee.

Beautiful place

Our stay was wonderful. The place had a beautiful view of the ocean. The pools were also great. The inside was very spacious and well kept. Everything was as described. We had a great week here.

Wonderful Ocean front Views

My family of 4 stayed for a week and we had a great time! This is the best location. The lanai/porch faces the ocean, easy and nearby private beach access as well as being very close to the pool area. There are a lot of sleeping options to fit even more than my 4 people. We will definitely return here.

Beautiful place

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house had been updated from pictures online which was a nice surprise. It’s a second floor condo that I didn’t remember seeing online but was ok. The view is beautiful! The beach was amazing. Not many people were on the beach so it was like having a private beach to ourselves. Nice location to go to San Juan or the rain forest.

Has everything you need right on property!

Host was very responsive to questions/concerns/needs throughout trip. The place is really lovely and had everything we needed for a week at the beach/pool. The only thing is the kitchen faucet is very powerful so doing the dishes we got soaked. The A/C in bedrooms was such a welcome comfort after long days in the sun!

Awesome vacation, great host!

Everything was amazing from the first reach out to the time we checked out! Arrival was super easy. Condo was exactly what it appeared to be. Had lots of items to use, well stocked. Sandra was very available to answer questions for basically anything we asked. Certainly would stay again!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay

We had the best time staying at the condo! There was a problem at the very beginning with the lock being broken but Sandra was quick to respond and take care of the issue. We had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable. The condo was clean and inviting. We loved the balcony and spent many hours out there. I would absolutely recommend staying in this property! The beach was private and perfect.

Fantastic property

We loved our stay at this property. It was the perfect location to lounge on the beach by the beautiful turquoise beach water, but also a great home base for day trips around the island. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools we needed to make meals. We loved that there were beach chairs, toys, and boogie boards to use on the beach! The property has been renovated since the photos were taken; all updates look fantastic! Thanks for sharing your property with us.
