Penzion nabízí příjemné ubytování v těsné blízkosti Prahy. Je vhodný pro návštěvníky Prahy i pro pracovní pobyty. Apartmán je se nachází v prvním patře s krásným výhledem na hladinu rybníka a je kompletně zařízen. Je vybaven kuchyňskou linkou, lednicí, vařičem, varnou konvicí a mikrovlnou troubou. Dvě lůžka se nacházejí v obývacím pokoji a dvě lůžka v oddělené ložnici kde je také šatní skříň. Koupelna je vybavena sprchovým koutem a wc je oddělené.
