Excellent panoramic view of the Bay of Ponta Negra, the sea and its coast from this beautiful duplex of 58m2, which has all the amenities and will make your stay a beautiful and comfortable experience.
The whole apartment is in good condition. All your environments and components in perfect condition. Very well located in relation to the beach, shops, restaurants and public transport. It has a privileged view !! Very bright and airy, where you can hear and enjoy the sound of the sea.
The condominium pool, as its parking, covered space with tables outside the ground floor, are all free access to the guest.
The minimum number of days required for a reservation, on extended holidays or special dates, will be extended to more days. Please refer to Thank you!
