This large sunny apartment has unobstructed SW views of the water from every room, including views of the statue of liberty. The sunny pedestrian esplanade, parks, bike paths, dog runs, and playgrounds are just outside; at the same time, the apartment is a short walk to waterfront restaurants, stores, and the rest of downtown, including Tribeca and the Financial District. The 1/2/3/4/5/R/W/E/J/Z subway lines, buses, and a free shuttle are all also within easy walking distance.

We rent this apartment legally with full approval of our building. Because of this, the rental requires approval by our building,which requires paperwork to be filed with the building management office, and an application and credit check fees that go directly to the building management.
