Red Sand Ridge. The best place to enjoy your vacation in Moab!

Brand new town house with breathtaking views of LaSal mountains and modern furniture will be perfect for your family stay or friends' gathering. Our home provides a spacious kitchen with a combined living and dining area where you can have fun and play games located in our living room and spend an amazing and relaxing getaway with your closest family and friends. Most importantly, enjoy your stay in Moab, Utah and safe travels!
Home offers 2 bedroom suites. First bedroom has a king bed with its own bathroom and closet and second one has a queen bed with bathroom and a walk-in closet, living room has 2 queen sleeper sofas and half bathroom, which altogether accommodate 8 people.
We also have two patios in the front and back of the house where you can grill, relax and enjoy the stars at night.
The complex has a guest access to a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, playground and picnic areas.
Trailer parking is available onsite.
There are two 4" gel memory foam mattress toppers in the closet for the sofa sleepers for more comfortable sleep in the living room.
Netflix in living room’s Tv and both bedrooms’ TVs included.

We used this place as a base camp for a few days of hiking and adventure and it was perfect. Exceeded expectations. Clean comfortable and well stocked with the necessities. Roughly 10 mins south the town center and 15-20 from Arches. Good value.

We only stayed a couple of nights, but this place was clean and comfy! A little outside of downtown Moab, but nice and quiet community. The bed in the primary bedroom was excellent!

Perfect place to stay in Moab

This condo was perfectly situated, just a bit out of the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to needed amenities. Having two large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom was perfect for two couples to share.

This home is wonderful! The kitchen is one of the best stocked I have ever seen in a rental. Location is close to Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse Point, and loads of mountain bike trails. It was a perfect base for our SE Utah visit!

Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse State Park Oh My!

Great location to get to Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse State Park for sunset! The Condo had everything you need to relax after a day of hiking! Grill, full kitchen so you can kick back or head into Moab for dinner! Washer and dryer were great to have! Also, 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms made getting ready easy! Amazing stay!

Wonderful Property

This place was beautiful and exactly as advertised, very clean and well maintained. Communication was timely, and we had everything we needed. The property is just north of Moab in a nice little neighborhood with a pool and hot tub.

Moab Spring Break

Mountain biking family of 3 needing an escape from Iowa. High school senior spring break! This place was in a perfect location, great amenities, and provided bike racks we were able to take indoors and secure our bikes with. Riding was amazing. Memories made!

Weekend in Moab

A friend and I were stayed here for a quick weekend in Moab. We ran the Behind The Rocks trail race. This place was convenient to the text start and downtown Moab. I would recommend this property.
