The house in the massive construction (available all year round) is located on a narrow street, on a 470 sq m site, so very quiet. Before the house is a small mixed woodland and meadows.
Your vacation home is distinguished by its quiet location and the beach. 5 min to the beach (map)
It has an area of ​​60m², perfect for 2- 4 people - 2 extra beds in the living room (sofa bed) are possible!
Our cottage was renovated in 2011 and furnished cottage-style,

Ein sehr angenehmes Haus in der Nähe des Strandes

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Am erfreulichsten waren die ruhige Lage und die Nähe zum Strand. Die Einrichtung ist modern und wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir gebraucht haben. Besonders hat uns auch gefreut, dass wir von den durch die Vermieter vom Bahnhof abgeholt und zum Ende mit unserem ganzen Gepäck wieder dorthin gebracht wurden. Dafür noch einmal herzlichen Dank! Graal- Müritz ist sehr zu empfehlen, es geht etwas beschaulicher als in manchen anderen Seebädern zu. Sehr angenehm habe wir die Nähe des Waldgebietes "Rostocker Heide" erlebt, an heißen Tagen ein schattiger Zufluchtsort. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend, jedoch am anderen Ende des Ortes, sodass man ohne Auto ein bisschen aktiver sein muss. Die Fahrradwege sind aber gut ausgebaut und es gibt außer am Wochenende auch Busse.

Gute Lage und Nähe zum Strand

Kurze Wege zum Strand, Gastonomie in der Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, alles gut mit Fahrrad zu erreichen. Viele Möglichkeite in unmittelbarer Umgebunf (Radfahren, Wandern, Strand etc.). Sehr ruhiges Objekt. Überwiegend Ferienobjekte in der Umgebung.

Schönes,kleines Häuschen

Nettes, kleines Häuschen mit großem Garten zum Spielen. Uns hat es gut gefallen. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß gut 650m ,8 Minuten, da man nicht durchs Moor laufen kann. Gut machbar. Räder sind alt,aber funktionieren. Werkzeug zum Einstellen der Höhe da. Für Kinder ab 155cm gehen die großen. Sonst Kinderräder. Es gibt zwar überall Rollos, doch die sind weiß. Mit Sonnenaufgang war ich wach,daher Schlafbrillen mitnehmen. Im Wohnzimmer ist keine Tür, sodass es Abends recht frisch war. Gibt aber extra Decken. Einchecken und Auschecken lief unkompliziert. Dankeschön!

Urlaub in Graal-Müritz

Unsere Unterkunft war sehr schön auch die Lage war sehr schön und ruhig. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Das Objekt ist strandnah. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ruhiger Strandurlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Besonders der schöne Garten mit altem Baumbestand und die Terrasse, wo man die Abendsonne genießen kann, hat uns gefallen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse , trotzdem nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Die Unterkunft eignet sich perfekt zum Entspannen und für Strandurlaub, der Kontakt zur Vermieterin klappte hervorragend!

Das Objekt entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung, ist ruhig gelegen und sehr gemütlich. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Bad wurde zwischenzeitlich erneuert, ist nun modern gefliest. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten insgesamt eine erholsame Zeit.

sehr schönes Objekt

Es war trotz des nicht ganz so gutem Wetter, ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, mit einer Wiese dazu, wo die Kinder spielen können. Fahrräder sind genug vorhanden, sogar für Kinder, einen Grill gibt es zur Benutzung und auch im Haus ist alles da, was man in einem Haushalt braucht. Der Weg zum Strand ist auch wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Lenz war auch sehr gut. Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank.

Sehr schönes Objekt, Ostsse nah.

Es ist alles vorhanden. Ruhig gelegen und ein sehr schönes Grundstück mit Garten. Das Haus ist super, mit Terasse und geschlossener Veranda. Zum Strand sind es 5 - 10 Minuten. Ein kleiner Bäcker ist auch nicht weit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall dort wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Rundum zufrieden.

Das Objekt entsprach in allen Teilen der Ausschreibung. Die Buchungsabwicklung und Hausübergabe waren freundlich, unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Das Haus selbst war sehr gut ausgerüstet und in einem gepflegten Zustand. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet (recht nah zum Ostseestrand und zugleich abseits vom Strandtourismus). Wir konnten die Urlaubswoche uneingeschränkt genießen. Gut, das Wetter hatte ebenfalls dazu beigetragen.

Sehr erholsamen Urlaub mit toller Unterkunft !

Das Ferienhaus war sehr nett eingerichtet, mit großem Garten für Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Zum schönen Strand nur ca. 5-8 Gehminuten entfernt. Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderschöne und erholsame Woche mit toller Unterkunft.

Wir haben uns super erholt und wollten garnicht nach Hause fahren.Die Fotos halten was sie versprechen.Es fehlt an nichts.Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat uns großartig betreut und beraten.Wir möchten(werden)nächstes Jahr sehr gerne wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.Ralf,Karina und Flori möchten sich noch mal dafür bei unserem Vermieter für alles bedanken.

Wo man sich wohl fühlt

Schöner Bungalow wo man sich wohlfühlen kann. Es ist so eingerichtet, dass man sich sofort heimisch fühlt und es ist an fast alles gedacht. Bücher, Brettspiele und Kartenspiele sind ebenso vorhanden wie 2 Fahrräder und Grill. Strand und Ort sind schnell zu erreichen. Die 2 Liegen und die Hollywood Schaukel im Gaten waren besonders bei unseren Kindern sehr beliebt. Wenn wir nicht schon letztes Jahr in Graal Müritz Urlaub gemacht hätten, würden wir sofort wiederkommen.
