Property was just as described. It was close enough to walk down town but far enough off that it wasn’t busy with traffic and others walking around. The host was very easy to communicate with and checked in with you through text daily to make sure everything was going fine.

Great place. Pictures are accurate. Could use better description of where the garage key pad was located, and some other instructions applied to a multitude of properties so you had to think about what this property had, but other than that we had a great stay here and will use it again. Example was the instructions said throw garbage either in bins in the garage or an outdoor location, so I searched the garage and didnt find bins so then searched the grounds and found the location fir the garbage.

The property was as listed. Here are my pros:Excellent location to Main Street in the summer time.Excellent location to hiking trails.Had a great balcony in which we sighted a moose!Excellent location to pool.Plenty of space for a party of 5.Here is my suggestion. Please replace all pillows. They have seen some wear. Make sure cleaners are deep cleaning in between stays including the balcony.Otherwise, thank you for a wonderful stay in Breck!

Communication with host was excellent. The place was beautiful and perfect for our 7 day stay. Hot tubs and pool were very nice and we didn't need the fireplace. Walking distance to everything in town unless you have some physical hindrances. The only issue was beyond the control of the control of the unit - water issue in City but even through that we had water (just low pressure) and amazing communication. It was just a full 24 hours but again, we had water. We were gone so much it did not cause a problem.All of our relatives (family reunion) liked our place and would rent it for future stays.

The location is amazing, ideal for both mountain and Main Street access. Our host was exceptional, responding to texts whenever we had questions. Last, the property is awesome, exactly as depicted on VRBO. Great stay!!

Breckenridge stay

The location is so nice - easy to walk everywhere. The pool/hot tubs were also a very short walk, we utilized these facilities daily! The condo is as advertised, perfect for our family. Breckenridge is so gorgeous. Highly recommend this property!

The condominium is in a great location was very clean. Well organized for a wonderful stay very spacious and well decorated. I would definitely rent if possible the same place again.

Nice property in great location

Had a terrific long weekend of skiing. The rental was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location for a guys ski trip. Would stay there again.
