Sweet Little Post&Beam

Very comfortable well appointed 750 sq ft home with heat and AC. Has 1 bedroom upstairs with a queen size bed and a half bath. Full bath with tub/shower on 1st floor. Great outdoor shower as well. Modern kitchen with everything you would need, charcoal grill on the patio. Owners live on the property but guests have complete privacy. The house is in excellent condition. It is 1 mile walk to the center of town, an easy bike to bike paths and on the bus route.

Lovely and comfortable cottage for two Excellently maintained and well equipped. Quiet neighborhood and friendly but non intrusive hosts. Highly recommend and will hopefully go back

Very nice cottage, a bit out of the way, hence a car is advisable, spacy for a couple w BR one floor up. Clean and adequately equipped w kitchen and other appliances, , nice garden setting - can definitely recommend, enjoyed our stay

Great location in Oak Bluffs. Within walking distance to nearly every restaurant and the shopping area of town. Quiet and secluded location due to surrounding trees.

A serene getaway built for two

This property, is tucked away & and is surrounded on all sides by shrubs, trees and flowers. The cabin itself is open concept, bright, airy, a playful & a well executed chic farmhouse style. Our host Susan could not have been more inviting gracious and lovely.

Martha's Vineyard Cottage

This cottage is beautifully built and kept up. It was exceptionally clean and within easy driving distance to Oak Bluffs or Edgartown. The owners were very friendly. Check in and out hours were good, and I also had a convenient off-street parking spot. This is an ideal accommodation for a single person or couple.

For a couple looking to go to Martha's Vineyard - this is the place

My wife and I decided last minute to visit the Vineyard and found Susan and her place. It was perfect in many ways. We were looking at smaller places and this checked every box - Very clean, easy to get to and easy to work with. We made dinners and had everything we needed. When we come back we will definitely reserve with her All 5*s. Highly recommend. Michael

My husband and I stayed here 9/21/23 - 9/24/23 to attend a relative's wedding in Edgartown. Susan met us the evening we arrived to show us into the house and explain a little bit about the house, how to reach her, etc., which was great after a long day of traveling. The property was very clean and organized, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast each morning. The house has the feeling of being secluded but is also very close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. If we ever travel to Martha's Vineyard in the future, we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks again Susan for hosting us!

Another awsome stay in Oaks Bluff

Our second time at Susan's cottage. Great location, house is fully stocked with everything you need. Short bike ride to town and the bike paths to Edgartown. Don't hesitate booking, just not when I plan on coming back!

A Serene Retreat

This property was so nice. Exceptionally maintained, conveniently located, quaint, and just perfect for a solo trip or couple. Beautiful Place, Great Location

We had such a nice stay at this lovely cottage. Beautiful and comfortable; it had everything we needed to make our trip easy and stress-free. It's convenient to town, but set-back from the road so felt very private. The hosts were so nice, easy to coordinate with, and very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. Couldn't be better

This very charming small house looks even better in person than it does online. The interior is simple but very cozy and pleasant to look at and relax in. Anything you could possibly want in the kitchen or two bathrooms is there. The owners are on site and very friendly and helpful (the owner showed up at 7 AM to fix a minor glitch just after being texted). Rent this and you won't be disappointed.
