As a historic farmhouse built in 1911, you'll appreciate the old-timey feel in addition to the convenient modern amenities. An eclectic array of colorful funky art defines the home's interior and brightens up the space!

Choose a book from the collection or stream your favorite Netflix show on the flat-screen TV and curl up on the comfy couch for ideal relaxation! When your stomach starts grumbling, make your way to the fully equipped kitchen to whip up a snack. The space boasts rustic teal cabinets and provides everything needed for an easy cooking experience.

Warm nights call for winding down on the large patio with a drink in hand. Complete with a gas grill and 6-person outdoor dining table, you can also change things up with a home-style barbecue! Adjacent to the patio is the guest cottage, where 1 adult, or 2 young children, can catch some Z's while the other 2 retreat to the main house's full bed.

'Mattie's House' is located in a safe rural area on a huge piece of land, complete with amazing sculptures around the property sculpted by the homeowner! The house is less than 1 mile south of downtown Loveland. Spend an afternoon strolling through the shopping district and perusing adorable local shops, galleries, and boutiques. Check out the ever-changing events and activities occurring during Night on the Town, held the second Friday of each month. Grab a beer and bite to eat at any of the city's many breweries, such as Verboten Brewing & Barrel Project or Loveland Aleworks.

Make a day trip to Boulder, just over 30 miles away, or head north for under 15 miles to check out Fort Collins! You'll definitely want to spend some time in the Mile High City, with downtown Denver about a 1-hour drive from the house.

Outdoor recreation abounds in Colorado. Make your way to the Rockies and enjoy world-class skiing, hiking, fishing, mountain biking, lake activities, and more. Rocky Mountain National Park is also just 1 hour away!
