Bienvenido a "The Palms" (Navarre Towers # 101) que es un espacioso condominio en el primer piso, con 3 habitaciones y 2 baños en el atractivo condominio de Navarre Towers frente a la playa en Navarra: fácil acceso a las playas blancas como el azúcar y las hermosas aguas verde esmeralda Golfo de México. Disfrute de su vista del agua desde el balcón al que se accede por dos juegos de puertas francesas. ¡Es el lugar perfecto para tomar un café al amanecer o tomar una copa al atardecer!

Nuestro elegante condominio cuenta con una cama King en el dormitorio principal, 1 cama Queen en el segundo dormitorio con dos camas dobles en el tercer dormitorio - tiene capacidad para 8 personas. Hay una combinación de ducha / bañera en cada baño, cuatro televisores de pantalla plana y una Reproductor de DVD. Esta unidad tiene una cocina bien equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una lavadora y secadora. Pack N Play, silla alta y silla de paseo disponibles para tus pequeños.

Las comodidades incluyen una piscina, dos áreas de parrillas comunitarias con hermosos jardines bien cuidados y un amplio estacionamiento privado directamente en frente del edificio. La comunidad cerrada incluye una cancha de tenis privada y un gimnasio de tamaño completo. También se ofrece internet de alta velocidad de cortesía.

Birthday and anniversary trip

The home is beautiful and inviting. Beds are super comfortable. Beach is a short walk over the bridge and pool is around the corner. They have everything you need for a comfortable and home like stay.

Fantastic Family Vacay other than den furniture

Condo was impeccably clean, spacious and full of lots of items to make your stay enjoyable. We truly loved everything about this condo except for one thing. Despite the fact that the bedroom and dining room furniture were extremely comfortable, the den/living room seating was miserably uncomfortable. Thank goodness the weather was great and we spent most time outside. We do like to unwind in the evenings and the “outdoor like” sofa set had only thin cushions and limited seating for a family of 8. Such a shame for an amazing condo because this a pretty big deal breaker on a future visit. I also missed having a vacuum for daily clean up.

Great location!!!

This house is in the perfect spot! I have a toddler who climbs so the ground floor was perfect! It has a beautiful view of the gulf from the patio and the bedroom! It’s located extremely close the walkway to the beach and the pool so no carrying stuff a million miles. The pool is huge and it’s super clean so all of us enjoyed that! The room had a lot of things stocked that made it nice like toilet paper, spices, laundry and dish detergent. It would make it easier to find if it had a house number on it . The only thing making me give it four stars instead of five is the living room furniture. It’s not practical for a family .. a futon that’s hard as a rock and the cushions slide off . Same with the chairs. Just not comfortable. We would definitely come back though because we didn’t spend that much time in the room anyway and we absolutely loved the size of the place and the convenience to everything. Our family will be back !

Great vacation at Navarre Towers

Condo 101 was a great place to stay for our four young adult kids, 82 year old mother and my husband and I. The beds were extremely comfortable and the condo owners provide extra beach equipment, towels, basketball etc for renters’ use. The guest bath has a huge tub and has been beautifully updated! My only complaint would be the stovetop was very difficult to use. Adjusting temperature settings on this glass top appliance was nightmarish. I have cooked on a gas stove for the past 25 years which may have contributed to my ineptitude. Overall, this was a great condo to vacation in!

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented a Condo from Navarre Sands Rental (NSR) in January,2024 for August 3-10. I purchased and paid for rental insurance at that time. I had to cancel the vacation due to a family member's illness. NSR was unable to provide me a insurance policy number for 2 weeks. NSR, Diana and Chad Beam claimed they do not deal with policy numbers. There was no way to access a refund from the insurance company without a policy number. I contacted The Better Business Bureau, Navarre Chamber of Commerce and my bank for help. Thanks to communication with these agencies and not the Beams I was able to get my rental reimbursement. I am very disappointed with the Beams lack of communication and help with this matter

The door wouldn’t lock so maintenance came quickly and fixed it. One suggestion would be to have a ceiling fan in the master bedroom as it was a bit warm at night. The new couch and chairs are not as comfy as the ones last year. We definitely would suggest this condo to friends. We ate at Juana’s for the first time and it was awesome. We always go to the Cactus Flower each year and it did not disappoint as usual!!!

Terrible living room furniture

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived around 3:30 (check in was 4:00) and contacted the rental agency for the entrance code. Once I was given the entrance code I thought the condo would be ready but it was still being cleaned. The cleaning lady appeared to be anything but close to finishing up, in fact I thought the condo was still occupied by the previous renters. She finally finished up around 4:20. It looked like she did a rush job of cleaning. Kitchen was amazing if you go to the beach to cook. The living room seating consisted of one wood bench with a cushion and two wood chairs with a cushion. Needless to say there was not enough room for the four adults and two children to sit much less comfortably. The weather wasn't the best and it was double red flags a few days (which of course no one has control over), but it's hard to hang out in the condo during bad weather as a family when you feel like you are sitting on a church bench.

There was an infestation of small flying bugs all over the inside of our unit, even in the microwave. We did not use the beach chair/umbrella service so we had no room on the beach in front of Navarre Towers to place our chairs and umbrella. We had to set up on the public access area each day. This seems a bit unfair when we wanted to have access to the beach near our rented condo. Chad was a great help to us locating the beach gate code (not given with door or main gate codes) and helping us be able to send emails from the WiFi in the condo

With a family of five, it was a luxury to have none of our kids sharing beds and a big family dining table. So many thoughtful touches throughout the place, from a stockpile of beach toys and towels to more kitchen utensils than we have at home! Our children are too old for the pack-and-play and high chair, but it still shows that the owners love kids. We will be back.

First floor location of this condo was wonderful for my grand kids. My only "beef" was with the beach chair/umbrella rental company that monopolized the beach right in front of Navarre Tower. I have been to many FL beaches and never had such limited access to a "public beach"due to a private company making money. Our walk to an area to "set up" was doubled by their staked claim. Even at 6:30 am it was too late to grab an easy access spot.

Overall Good Rental

My family and I had an overall good time, but for the price per night, there were a few things that could use improvement. The master bath knob kept coming off when turned, there were constant flies all over the condo, and the sugar ants were so hard to keep at bay in the kitchen. In their defense, I did not bring it to anyone’s attention while there, because we did enjoy everything else, and we were also exhausted from having evacuated from Hurricane Ida. We were honestly just happy to be there. The vacation was already booked prior to us evacuating, so it was nice to finally get there from our other evacuation location. Speaking of location, it’s perfect! In all of our years of going to the beach, it was the EASIEST and closest beach access. You forgo a nicer pool and lazy river, but we were okay with that. Also, Unit 101 “The Palms” is clearly owned by people who understand family! The closet full of beach essentials was a life saver being that we were not able to pack our normal supplies since we evacuated. Overall, I recommend this condo and I’m sure once this review is read, they will address the issues I mentioned. Everyone I dealt with during this process was great, so I’d rent this unit again. Oh, and one more suggestion. The remotes were all by the main TV, and it took quite some time to figure out which remotes went where and which ones worked which TVs. Thanks for the stay, we enjoyed it!

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. There were many families with young children on the beach when we went. Very family friendly. The condo was perfect and had absolutely everything we needed plus more.
