Fun Had By All

This property was a great place for our family of eleven. If you like fishing, which our family does; you can catch plenty of fish right off the pier. This kept the kids busy from morning to night. The beach area was nice as well, although we only swam the last day as the weather was unseasonably cool. The house was clean up on arrival and accommodated all of us sleep wise just fine. If I had an ask for anything, it would be more seating in dining and living area for our large group. We would definitely recommend this home and would stay again if available.

Very nice property. It was perfect for our Family. Great location. Everyone really enjoyed the stay. Had everything we needed. Very nice lake. Great deck. Was worth it, however, can not afford to do it yearly.

Overall nice stay!

The host, Jody was excellent. She answered all our questions promptly. The location of the home is outstanding as it sits right on the lake. The outdoor area was great for the kids with a clear sandy beach area. We enjoyed the fire pit at night. We used the provided kayaks too! Plenty of outdoor space and seating. We thought the interior of the home could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival. We had a small baby crawling around and there was quite a bit of dust and debris on floors and especially under beds. The overhead fan for the family hasn’t been cleaned in some time as it was layered with thick dust. Kitchen was nice, we cooked meals for our large group with ease. Plenty of dishes, cups, glasses, etc. Couple items were missing or we couldn’t find, can opener (we purchased and left behind), potato masher, scissors, and wine opener. The beds were overall comfortable. The shower had great water pressure, but went cold after one person showered. Sunsets were beautiful, the pontoon ran well (we rented it from owner at an additional cost) and it was a fun week!

Amazing views

This property was lovely. Situated on the lake with quite a bit of privacy. Beach like property where you can literally walk into the water. Close to downtown. Clean home and amazing views.

Amazing Minocqua lake property!

Had a great experience at the Minocqua property! It accommodated our group for a guys’ weekend nicely. There were no issues communicating with the owner, Jody; she answered all my questions thoroughly and in a timely manner. The property itself was beautiful, especially the amazing lake frontage. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to experience Minocqua and the surrounding northwoods area for their next vacation!

Great property/ great stay

Very beautiful view, property just as advertised!! Two families, each with four young kids, and it worked out great having all the kids sleep together in the lofted sleeping area. A lot to do in the Minocqua area for adults and kids alike. Beautiful sunsets over the lake looking out from the deck!

Best Getaway!

I wanted quiet but close to town. This was perfect. Great view of the lake, especially sunsets! Fishing off the dock was successful. Not a ton of traffic on the lake making noise. The whole place was clean and cozy. I plan to make this an annual trip.

Totally Relaxing

This is a comfy & cozy chalet with amazing sunsets. It has everything I imagine when I think of the northwoods. Loon calls in the morning when you wake up and a beautiful view of the lake all day long. We were able to do some fishing which provided both fun and relaxation. Nearby bar/restaurant at the end of the road was a good time with good food. We did do some cooking during our stay and found everything we needed in the kitchen to make some excellent meals. Lots of sleeping space available even though we didn't need it all on this trip, but good to know in the future if we bring more family next time. Jody is very accommodating and responsive when we needed her. I see another stay in our future!
