Great Colorado Springs location. Minutes from Garden of the gods and Flying W Ranch. Plenty of room for large groups and everything you need for eating in. Easy access to all the cool things to do in Colorado.

Our family had such a fantastic stay at this property! The owner provided everything we needed. We really enjoyed exploring Ute Valley Park and Pinon Valley Park that are close by....great for kids! The house is in such a convenient location, and close to so many things to do and see. There are several food and shopping options nearby. The views from the house are also incredible! Highly recommend booking this house if you visit Colorado Springs!

It was a great stay for our family, I would highly recommend! It walking distance from a playground and hiking trail with beautiful views. We had everything we needed - comfy beds, pack & play, high chair, tons of games and toys for the kids. Kristen was very communicative and let us check in early. The house had a minor issue, out of anyone’s control, and Kristen had someone fix it the next day which we appreciated. We would love to stay again.

We have rented a lot of properties over the years and this was the easiest check in to date. The house was well stocked and we never felt like there wasn’t something we needed. The grill was pristinely clean! We are used to finding grills we wouldn’t want to cook on. The only downfall was we were surprised when landscaping showed up one night while we were sitting on the porch. We understand that the weather can affect what day they comeBut would have appreciated a heads up that they would arrive at some point so we weren’t surprised when someone appeared in the yard without notice.

Perfect for our large family!

The perfect house for our family of 13!! The house was clean, well stocked and the beds were so comfy! So many places to sit and visit throughout the house. We had a great time!!

Great Thanksgiving week

Everything about the house was very nice and fully equiped, bedrooms, kitchen, family room, bathrooms. We really enjoy the 6 days we spent in the house. Great location if you want to sightseeing around. Highly recommended it.

Overall good stay

Rental property is great for large groups, with plenty of rooms and space. Rental manager (Kristen) was very responsive and communicative about a few issues we came across during our stay. Overall the property suited our needs for the time we were there.

Wonderful property

The house is beautiful but the views are spectacular. Coming from hot and humid S Texas , we so enjoyed sitting on the deck for morning coffee as well as dinner. Great location for all the activities we took in around The Springs. Highly recommend this outstanding home

Perfect house for family gathering and what a view!

Spacious home with tons of extra amenities for all ages. Gorgeous view of the mountains. Walking trails and a park with a playground nearby. Property manager was extremely helpful and flexible as we arrived during a snowstorm. Had a relaxing and wonderful stay - thank you!

Family wedding weekend

This home comfortably slept four families for Memorial Day weekend. Tons of living areas and a great outdoor patio with a grill that we took full advantage of. The park a block away was a huge hit with our little kids. Highly recommended!

Family reunion

We had 9 adults and two dogs. The house and property fit our needs perfectly. The convenience of the site Valley Park trails, Garden of the Gods and Pile Peak was excellent. Everything needed for the stay was provided.

Colorado Springs fun

This was perfect in every way. House was spacious and well maintained. Kitchen convenient and had plenty of cookware, utensils, etc. the location so convenient for all the sightseeing and hiking we wanted to do. Five stars all around.

We found this property to have a breathtaking view! And very Easy to communicate with the property manager/owner. Everything was to our satisfaction! Easy to get to restaurants, sight seeing, and park just around the corner for the kids! Loved our stay and Colorado experience !! ❤️

Perfect home!

Our daughter graduated from UCCS and all of us out of state family stayed here. 10 adults and 3 kids. Perfect home for us. Plenty of room and great location. Loved watching the wild life. Even got video of a bobcat right behind the house. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect House for a large group

We would definitely stay here again. The location is ideal to explore the area. Our grandchildren loved having the park just down the hill from the house to run off energy. The house was clean and well stocked. If you have an infant, everything you would need is provided. The back porch was ideal in the evenings to chat with a view of the sun setting on Pike's Peak. We've stayed at several large homes similar to this one, and this home is by far our favorite.
