This modern two bedroom townhouse will exceed your expectations. With the Sands Golf Course and surf beach only meters away it is the perfect location to enjoy the cafe's & restaurants, explore the surf shops or take a drive down along the great ocean road.

Open plan living with TV, DVD/CD player with a small number of DVDs available and unlimited wireless internet. Dining area with fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and oven. Balcony with table and chairs.

Main bedroom with full ensuite, TV and DVD. Second bedroom with TV for DVDs only. Main bathroom with large bath.
Laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Bedding, linen and bath towels provided.
