Brookwood Courtyard Condominiums by BCA Furnished Apartments offers "The Big Awesome" - 12 modern and classically renovated 2 Bedroom / 1 Bath furnished apartments designed for short visits or extended stays located in the most convenient Buckhead/Midtown Atlanta neighborhood, 1 block off Peachtree Street. Your condominium is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, washer/dryer, dishwasher and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $75.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Excellent property and location

The folks at BCA host some of the more accessible properties in Atlanta. I was able to stay at one of their properties near Buckhead and Midtown and it was everything that I needed in a stay. The property is very close to Buckhead, Midtown and not far from Northside Dr. it was set up with everything you could need for a stay. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Great little spot

The place was very nice. Had a nice kitchen and felt comfortable and clean. The only issues I had were the neighbors above me were awake at all hours and walking around so it was loud and often woke me up or kept me up. And it's next to a train station so you hear the trains through the night. These things will not deter me from choosing a place again on my next visit. I've stayed at BCA places before and i do enjoy them over a hotel room. Always clean and spacious and has everything you need for a quick or long stay.

BCA is the way to go!!

Always clean and safe!! I stay here every time I come to ATL. The apartment has everything needed from a short stay to months stay. 5 out of 5!! Staff if super friendly! Wonderful stay!

Had a wonderfully stay. Located in a quiet area close to midtown. Train nearby is audible but not to be expected for city living. Team BCA Response: Thank you for your stay! We are glad to hear that the train was not too much of a bother. You are right, it is part of city living. Many of our guests, like yourself, don't find the train to be a bother. For those who are more sensitive, the apartments that face the parking lot or Standish Ave are further away and offer more protection from the city noises. Convenient & clean!

The apartment was very clean & bright! It was conveniently located to my cousin's house & we enjoyed walking your adorable neighborhood. Team BCA Response: Thank you for your review. Wonderful stay near Midtown in Atlanta

I would recommend this place, is clean, has all the amenities, is well taken care, and the administrators manage it efficiently. It has in a small place everything needed, would definitely recommend it.

Home away from home

I was in Atlanta for work and needed an extended stay. I spoke with both Alex and Michael during my stay and they were so courteous and nice to deal with. I had to make a change to my reservation that was promptly dealt with. The condominium was immaculate. Everything that one would need for a long term stay was provided. Housekeeping staff was very thorough and pleasant as well. I enjoyed my stay so much that I am already planning on making another reservation here as I will be back in the area.

There are lots of restaurants and museums within walking distance so you can leave your car parked most of the time.

All of our properties are located in the Midtown and Buckhead. We have the best Property Management Team! You will get a response from us during regular business hours (since we try to relax and spent time with friends and family on the weekends).
