BEAUTIFULL VINEYARD HOUSE (CASA MAZAHUA) IN VALLE DE GUADALUPE

Casa Mazahua in Finca Vidandrei is an AMAZING just built house in the heart of the Wine Valley with all the commodities you will ever need....AC and heater in both rooms, living room and excercise room, big screen TV's, full kitchen, private patio with a garden shower and fire pit, coffee bar, king size bed in the master bedroom, privacy (only 2 houses in the 5 acre property), big 2nd floor terrace with a gas grill, suntanning beds, patio furniture and an amazing view to Lomita Winery and Sierra Blanca, electric street door and located at a walking distance to a winery and a couple of great restaurants. We are PET FRIENDLY but we have a $25 pet fee per day per pet with a limit of 2 pets. Pool is exclusive for our Mazahua guestsa and its seasonal (closed from Oct 15 until March 31) Parties and reunions with guests NOT STAYING at the property are NOT allowed.

Beautiful contemporary rental in a vineyard oasis

For a few days, we got to spend quality time with our family, sipping wine, taking in the sounds, smells and sun of Baja California. The location, while a mile or so off the paved road, was peaceful and remote while being only steps away from a great winery and Michelin star restaurant. A short drive takes you to a breakfast hang that was busy each morning with great vibes as well as food. Unfortunately during our visit the pool pictured was not available, but Alejandro found a way to make it right. Great area of Baja, warm and welcoming and a great adventure for those looking for food, wine and sun

A Weekend in Valle

Casa Mazhua was beautiful and cozy. The master bedroom has a huge window with a beautiful view of the nearby winery and vines. Everything you need for a short stay could be found at the house. There were many places to hang out around the house which was nice (the rooftop, the patio on the side of the house, the pool area, and the bathtub patio). There were also a couple of places to start a little bonfire. Overall, everyone loved the house and the host was very quick to respond to any issues. We were all very impressed and would like to return!

Despite torrential rains, our host Alejandro was exceptional. The vineyards and restaurants were amazing. Flooded roads were the only impedance to visiting more.The house was rustic artsy quaint.

We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed, fresh drinking water, coffee, clean towels, and even a bottle of wine. The outdoor space was kept up so nicely with many areas to sit and relax. The outdoor bathtub was enjoyed daily - super relaxing and comfy. Thank you!

Great first stay in Valle

We had a wonderful stay at this very unique and beautiful home! It is exactly as pictured in the listing and very well appointed. It was a little challenging to locate and then access the property in the dark, but VRBO customer service connected us to Alejandro and it all worked out smoothly.

Very Nice! Beautiful space... Loved the outdoor tub!

We were very impressed with this property. Owner paid attention to details. All toiletries were provided down to toothbrushes, Q-tips and Loofahs. I thought that was a very nice touch. Plenty of blankets and each room has a nice heater and A/C unit. Not too far from the main road to the wineries. Owner was there when we arrived. Very pleasant and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and would rent again. Thank you for your hospitality Alejandro.

Great place

The place was excellent, just what we needed. I couldn’t have asked for anything else. The kitchen had full appliances, dishes, everything needed for a dinner. The rooms were really spacious with individual AC units. The restrooms and baths/showers were better than a 5 star hotel. The outdoor, grill, fire place pool and tanning area, are just extra perks not need but definitely make this place exceptional to where you can bring back your wine and drink in peace and safely.

I was born in San Diego, Ca. but have lived all my life in Ensenada, Mexico. Im a family man happily married for 35 years with 5 beautiful children. I was an exchange studend for 6 months in Sandpoint, ID after I graduated from highschool. I love to play tennis, ride offroad motorcyclies and play golf. My great grandparents where all born in Russia and came to America around 1910. I love Valle de Guadalupe and Im very happy to have a property that I can share with other people.

Why they chose this property

We just builted this property in 2019 just like if it was for us to live in it. We have putt in every corner of the house a lot of detail, and feel very proud about the fact that every guest that have stayed with us have noticed it. We wanted to have a peace of land in Valle de Guadalupe and we found the best one. When we brought the land there was a small house in it that we remodeled and have been renting since 2016 with excelent results. Now with his new one we feel that we have a spot for every type of need that our customers might have. We have an excelent location with wineries and restaurant at a walking distance.

What makes this property unique

You will stay at a private property of 3.7 acres with only 2 homes in it about 80 yards apart from each other giving our guests from each home the necessary privacy. Our rooms are very ample, we have a full kitchen, an electric door to acces the property from the street, and an amazing terrace with a grill and a table and chairs for 6 and a beautifull view. All rooms have AC and heather, and our private patio with a shower is amazing. Right next to the patio shower there is a firepit. We have different color lights in the living room on the ceiling and wall that gives the room a unique sensation, also with a 58 inch flat screen TV. You also have a lot of space where to park your cars right next to the house. We algo give you many coffee options from regular coffee, to lattes, capuccinos, ice lattes, etc. at no additional cost. Our main king size bed has a memory foam that will make you have a great rest.
