Airy & Bright home: Cozy retreat for all seasons in provincetown

Welcome to our beach cottage newly built in 2019. It is a 1 bedroom single family home, a short walk to a pet friendly beach. The private beach has views of Provincetown and the tip of Cape Cod. We are in an area called Beach Point and located just 2.5 miles from the center of town. We are located next to the Sandcastle Resort which is a timeshare resort. In the summer months this resort can be bustling and their staff housing is next to our home, it is quiet in the shoulder seasons. A bus runs to town during the summer season and is located just across the way. We are minutes from multiple National Seashore Beaches as well as many restaurants and shopping in Provincetown.

Saturday to Saturday Rentals only for the months of July & August, (with exceptions for last minute cancellations)

This beach house was newly built in the spring of 2019. The property is fully equipped for your convenience. We have a washer and dryer, wi-fi and much more. The bedroom upstairs has a king size bed and full bath. Downstairs is the full kitchen and living area along with a half-bath and farmer's porch. There is an outdoor shower for your convenience after the beach.

Your four legged friends are always welcome as we are very dog friendly (we do not allow cats)

Please joint us in the shoulder and off season as we stay open year-round. A great location for a holiday stay or a quiet winter cape weekend.

Place was very clean and conveniently located. Everything looks new ,so you can tell it is well maintained. Was a little tough to find but we reached out to host whom responded quickly and pointed us in the right direction. We stayed here before busy season started so we felt like we had the beaches to ourselves . Beaches were just a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend ,especially to couples .

Another wonderful stay! We stayed here in December '25, and booked a second trip in February. The place is perfect for us. It is spotless, cozy and beautiful, and had everything that we needed. We will definitely be booking again.

Hmmm. Brandon was lovely and easy to deal with. He allowed me to change the dates of my stay to this May because Women's Week was a washout. There is a path to the bayside beach, but no beach view. It's probably a great though very weedy place for your dogs to run. The home was really clean, comfortable and well equipped but bring your own shampoo!The home is about 2miles from the center of P'town so ... bring your bike or prepare for parking nightmare in town.

Brendan was very responsive to messages and gracious host. Macy's Place is a tucked away little gem very close to the bay. We really enjoyed our time here and would like to return!

Macy’s Place provided the perfect get-away. Beach access is easy and we could walk our pups for long distances. It is beautiful. The heart of P-Town is minutes away by car.The cottage is spacious, bright, very clean, and nicely decorated. Great kitchen and amenities. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place! Easy parking steps from the door. Extremely clean cottage. The kitchen was well-stocked. Super convenient having a bathroom on both floors. The bed and even the pillows were comfortable. The owners were quick to respond to any questions.

Very clean and new and well cared for cottage. The space was just right with 1 1/2 baths, an outdoor shower, kitchen, king bed. The neighborhood is quiet.Quick drive into town, to the beach, or to a state park for a walk in the shade. Fall is a wonderful time to visit. We hope to return soon!

I grew up in Brewster on Cape Cod. After leaving for a few years and getting married we moved back to Brewster to raise our family. So with our english bulldog Lucy in tow we headed back to the cape in the summer of 2006. We now have two children. My wife is a practicing physician in the area and I am a practicing stay at home dad to my kids and bulldog Macy!
