The Beach Rose Cottage is a private, charming, freestanding beachfront cottage located in Town Center at the start of the Gallery District on Commercial Street, facing Provincetown Bay. A perfect getaway with spectacular water views from the bedroom, living room and private roof deck. Step out onto the beach from your private porch and enjoy your coffee while sitting in adirondack chairs taking in the panoramic Ptown harbor view. Layout is one bedroom (queen), full bath, full kitchen, living room/dining area, covered porch with adirondack chairs, and exclusive use roof deck with steamer lounge chairs. Impeccably decorated in cottage style with modern amenities and bed and bathroom linens. Exceptionally well equipped with Smart TV, Bose Wave Radio with Bluetooth, cable, WiFi, microwave, oven/range top, dishwasher, refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, iron/board, hair dryer, ceiling fan, A/C, beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels, outdoor gas grill.

Parking in dedicated space next to cottage.

Centrally located but tranquil, private and serene. Located on the beach in Town Center at the start of the Gallery District, near restaurants, art galleries, shops.

Small clean cottage for 2 situated on the beach in a perfect location. Having a parking space was a plus. The views were breath taking. Owner was very quick to resolve a problem with turning on the air conditioning. It is very compact but has everything you need. Cannot wait to go back to this little piece of heaven

Charming cottage

Perfect spot for a couple. Beach grass short walk to the bay beach. Love sitting on the ground level deck to watch the view change! Well appointed kitchen, and lots of windows for view and sea air! We walked downtown as well as easy walk to east end to Angel foods and the Museum. Lovely!

Perfect location in Ptown

What a cute cottage in the quiet end of Commercial st. We had an absolutely wonderful time with our dogs. Access to the beach was amazing !! Cottage was clean and very comfortable for my husband and I . Onsite parking was fantastic!!!Location can not be beat. Walkable to everything exciting in Ptown but far enough away for some peaceful down time. Thank you so much for sharing this amazing spot with me and my family.
