Experience this beautifully renovated one-bedroom condo in Provincetown's vibrant East-End. Filled with natural light, it features a private deck perfect for morning coffee and a large communal patio. Enjoy modern amenities including Sonos sound system, in-unit washer/dryer, & mini-split ACs. Just steps from art galleries and restaurants on Commercial Street as well the beach, this condo offers the ideal getaway. Like many Cape homes, the spiral staircase to the 2nd floor is narrow and steep. It may not be appropriate for young kids or persons with mobility issues. Parking for one vehicle on a first-come basis. Book your stay today!

The condo is adorable but small. It was very clean and had nice touches like the soaps in the bathroom, laundry detergent available. The owners were very helpful. There is parking right in the front.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The condo was impeccably clean, had all the necessary appointments to make our week-long stay quite comfortable, including a very comfy king-size bed. The 400 square foot condo is well designed and, in my opinion, located in a perfect East-end location, including close to art galleries and near the Provincetown Theatre. Cozy quiet location in the East End of PTown

Modern kitchen, king bed, clean bathroom - easy place to stay. Bathroom and bedroom on second floor with spiral staircase leading there. Balcony off bedroom and outdoor shared patio space with grill.

Get away weekend

We had a great time, able to walk just about everywhere! There was 3 of us, close friends. One slept on the pull out couch, very comfortably. 2 of us slept in the very large bed on the second floor. Perfect space for a small group or single person, and the amenities were fantastic.

Nice quiet little place

We really enjoyed our stay during the first week of May. The rental is in the end unit of the building, which gave us a view to the outdoor patio deck and access to a small upstairs patio that had a small table and chairs for breakfast dining or drinks in the afternoon. Located out of the hustle and bustle of Commercial Street, but an easy walk to town. The hosts had 2 bikes available for use to cruise downtown as well. The space has a "tiny home" feel to it with a spiral staircase leading up to the second floor bedroom and bathroom. It was a tight space, but very cozy. The place was immaculately clean. There were enough staples in the kitchen to cook meals which was convenient. The upstairs bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets available.The hosts were very responsive, and got back to us within 5 minutes several times when we needed information quickly. A bonus is that there is free parking for one vehicle while renting this unit. Parking is at a premium, so this was great. Don't expect to be able to park a big pickup truck though, as the parking spaces are very tight.We would highly recommend these hosts and their place. 5 stars!
