Pearl of Istria, una lujosa casa de cuatro dormitorios con una maravillosa vista sobre la bahía de Kvarner y la isla de Cres. La casa cuenta con muebles de calidad, cinco baños, piscina climatizada, jacuzzi, amplio salón, gran taberna y chimenea. La casa está totalmente climatizada y con aire acondicionado, calefacción solar y excelente aislamiento. Aunque la casa es una unidad, puede ser utilizada por dos familias ya que tiene dos cocinas. La villa tiene una piscina de 36 m2 y la hermosa playa está a solo 500 mtr [10 minutos a través del bosque de pinos]. Este año con parque infantil, bienestar, sauna y piscina climatizada incluida en el precio.

Beautiful Home With Gorgeous Views

We spent three nights at this beautiful villa. The accommodations were perfect for three couples as we each had own bedroom and bathroom. Villa was immaculately clean. Pool area and living space were spacious for visiting and relaxing together with wine and cheese. Views from pool spectacular. Modern kitchen fully equipped with everything needed for group meals. We only prepared breakfast but space would work well for family meals. Andreja and her husband checked with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed and to answer any questions.

Off the beaten path…..

Beautiful home, with a very warm and serene vibe. Outdoor space is just like the pictures, beautiful pool and enough chairs to lounge around the pool and also a table for meals outside. We did make it down to the water, the trail is rocky and steep at times, would recommend a good sneaker or hiking boot. The beach area is rocky, and on the days that we were there was not cleaned, so there was a lot of debris on the rocks. We spent our beach days in Rabac, which was very comfortable. Bedrooms are a good size as well as the bathrooms. There were nice restaurants nearby. Owner was very helpful.

A modern design lover's dream

We spent almost a month in this house and was an amazing experience. Andreja and Dalibor are super welcoming, helpful, and discrete hosts. Beautifully designed and furnished house interior and exterior: a modern design lover's dream. Exceptionally clean with great weekly cleaning service. The location is as functional as it is breathtakingly gorgeous: about an hour away from many wonderful locales in Istria perfect for scenic day trips and sightseeing. Waking up and turning in to the impressive view of the island Cres, the Adriatic and city of Rijeka is sublime. Plenty of small secluded pristine beaches close to the house that are either a short drive or walk away including the one with a fun hiking trail starting right off the property. Highly recommended!!! Unforgettable vacation.

A serene spot with a gorgeous view and wonderful host

Villa Vosilla is a wonderful getaway in Istria, in a rural area with some other villa development. The view from the two master bedrooms and the pool deck and infinity pool is lovely, extending over the Kvarner Gulf to the island of Cres and to Rijeka. Access to the beach at the village of Ravni is just down the road a few minutes by car. For groceries, you will need to drive 15 or 20 minutes back into the town of Labin, where there are big supermarkets where you can get anything you need. Andreja, the owner and host, was gracious, wonderfully helpful and unfailingly responsive. She speaks English fluently. We were eight adults, and found the common areas to be comfortable for all of us to use together. The fourth bedroom is smaller, and its bathroom is a floor below on the basement level which it shares with the washer and dryer. Parking for three cars was good. The vibe in the home is very comfortable, combining elements of a family home, which it is at certain times of the year, with nice finishes in the kitchen, baths and common areas. The location provides excellent access by car to all you would want to see in Istria - mountain towns, Pula, Rovinj etc. Highest recommendation as a low key, serene spot from which to enjoy Istria.

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach wunderschön! Das Haus ist exzellent ausgestattet – es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Super Haus

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus. Check-in und -out unkompliziert. Pool ist super, leider war es in der Woche etwas zu kalt, Pool heizen machte aufgrund Starkregen keinen Sinn - wäre aber möglich gewesen. Der Strand ist in ca. 15min ab Haus zu Fuß zu erreichen (unbedingt festes Schuhwerk erforderlich, teilweise steiler Weg), ist sauber und eher spärlich besucht. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit zu erreichen, hat uns bei unseren Fragen/Anliegen gut unterstützt (guter Angelplatz, Werkstatt, Restaurant,...) und war sehr freundlich. Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Traumhafte Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Schöne Unterkunft mit wenigen Schwachstellen

Es ist gesamtheitlich eine tolle Unterkunft. Wir wurden wirklich herzlich willkommen geheißen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles blitzeblank sauber und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Trotz dessen möchten wir auch Punkte aufführen, welche wir als negativ angesehen haben. Das Leder des Massagestuhls hat leider seine besten Tage hinter sich, sodass wir diesen eventuellen Genuss nicht genutzt haben. Auch die Bestuhlung im Außenbereich knarrt leider sehr stark. Auf dem oberen Balkon befinden sich keinerlei Sitzmöglichkeiten. Diese wäre empfehlenswert, um den Balkon ausreichend nutzen zu können. Weiterhin haben wir die angrenzende Straße temporär als störend empfunden. Das begründet sich durch die teilweise vorherrschende Geräuschkulisse und die Einsicht von der Straße auf den Poolbereich. Auch zur angrenzenden Nachbarbebauung und deren Terrasse hat man vom Poolbereich eine direkte Blickbeziehung. Hier sollte eine bessere Bebilderung stattfinden, sodass man nicht mit dem Gedanken anreist, ein Fleckchen für sich, ohne Einsicht anderer zu haben. Um den nachfolgenden Urlaubern zu helfen, möchten wir 2 Punkte aufführen, welche nicht zu 100% mit der Beschreibung übereinstimmen. Zum einen ist das Gelände nicht komplett eingezäunt. Zur Straße hin ist das Gelände in größeren Bereichen offen. Zum anderen waren nicht ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden, um eines für das Duschen und ein weiteres für den Strandbesuch oder den Pool zur Verfügung zu haben.

Einfach perfekt!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa Vosilla. Die Kommunikation mit Andreja hat super geklappt und sie war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Villa sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und es war sehr sauber. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen :)

Tolle Aussicht und Ausstattung

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war einfach nur fantastisch! Von Anfang an waren wir von der atemberaubenden Aussicht und dem wunderschönen Infinity-Pool begeistert. Es fühlte sich an, als wären wir im Paradies gelandet. Die Aussicht von diesem Ferienhaus ist wirklich unbezahlbar. Jeden Morgen wurden wir von einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die umliegenden Berge und das glitzernde Wasser des Infinity-Pools begrüßt. Wir verbrachten Stunden damit, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen, die Seele baumeln zu lassen und einfach nur die Natur zu genießen. Was die Ausstattung betrifft, so können wir nur sagen: Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet, sodass wir problemlos unsere eigenen Mahlzeiten zubereiten konnten. Es gab reichlich Geschirr, Besteck und Kochutensilien. Wir haben es wirklich genossen, gemeinsam zu kochen und dann unsere Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse mit dieser unglaublichen Aussicht zu genießen. Unsere Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus war wirklich unvergesslich. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohlgefühlt und konnten uns bestens erholen. Die Ruhe, die Schönheit der Umgebung und die Annehmlichkeiten des Hauses haben unseren Urlaub zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Wir möchten uns herzlich bei den Gastgebern für ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Gelegenheit, in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus zu wohnen, bedanken. Wir werden diese Erfahrung sicherlich nie vergessen und hoffen, dass wir bald wieder hierher zurückkehren können.

Beautiful Vacation Rental in Istria

Our family stayed here for 4 nights and it was absolutely wonderful. A beautiful home with everything you need to enjoy your stay. It was so nice to talk to Andreja and she helped with tips and recommendations in the area. All the rooms are spacious and the kids loved the pool! The scenic walk to the beach was approximately 10 minutes down a path that starts just outside the home. The water was so clear and clean it was wonderful. The beach was very relaxing and quiet since it is not accessible by car. If you like to grill and barbeque they just got a new komodo type grill (like a green-egg) and it was a pleasure to use. Overall a 5+ star recommendation and your host Andreja is great! Highly recommended. You will not regret your getaway.

Top Haus für mehrere leute

Es war alles Top! das einzige das zu bemängeln ist, dass ab und zu mal Insekten im haus zu finden sind und der (nicht unbedingt nette ) nachbar. Küche ist top ausgestattet und es macht spaß zum kochen! Würden immer wieder dorthin kommen ! auch wenn man zu 8 hinfährt tritt man sich nicht gegenseitig auf die füße da das haus sehr groß und geräumig ist

Ankommen & Wohlfühlen

Super Kontakt mit Vermieterin! Vielen Dank für die Ermöglichung des frühen Check-In`s. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet, die Lage herrlich. Keine unmittelbaren Nachbarn, viel Platz, großer Pool welchen wir auch Anfang Juni nicht beheizen mussten. Der Massagestuhl - wie schon oft erwähnt - einfach super. Die nicht funktionierenden Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern wurden innerhalb von zwei Tagen behoben. In einem Badezimmer fehlte ein Teil der Duschtüre, was das Duschen erschwerte. Die avisierte Ersatzlieferung während unseres Aufenthaltes klappte leider nicht. Die Waschmaschine hat bei erstmaliger Nutzung den Keller unter Wasser gesetzt und auch den Trockner mussten wir erstmal vom vielen alten Staub befreien. Danach lief beides aber problemlos. Das Glasgeländer ist eine Herausforderung, ohne Fingerabdrücke geht es selbst als Erwachsener nicht. Toll wären Fliegengitter, dann bräuchte man nicht ständig die Klimaanlage laufen lassen und Vorhänge, die wirklich verdunkeln! Der Strand, der durch den Waldweg (eher eine kleine Dschungelwanderung, toll für die Kids!) erreichbar ist, ist leider zu dieser Jahreszeit etwas dreckig. Dafür ist aber in 5 Minuten Autofahrt ein ganz toller Strand mit Strandbar und Liegen- und Schirmverleih zu erreichen. Das Bistro Ravni ist zum Essen sehr zu empfehlen. Der nächste größere Supermarkt befindet sich im ca. 20 Minuten entfernten Labin. Einkaufen und das Pfandflaschen entsorgen will also gut und rechtzeitig geplant sein. Das ist alles Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hoffen mangels Glascontainer in der Nähe auf Verständnis für unsere Flaschensammlung in der Einfahrt. Kurzum: Ankommen und wohlfühlen.

Alles bestens

Wir haben hier im September 21 zwei schöne Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist sauber, modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das absolute Highlight ist der wunderbare Blick auf die Adria, welche man von jedem Zimmer, sowie von der Terrasse und sogar vom Pool aus sehen kann. Anfangs hatten wir etwas Bedenken, bezüglich des Salzwasserpools, aber das Wasser ist sehr angenehm und wesentlich weniger salzig als Meerwasser. Gut gefallen hat uns auch, dass der Pool über Treppen und nicht über eine Leiter zugänglich ist, so konnten die Kinder auf den Treppen spielen. Weitere Pluspunkte bekommen der göttliche Massagestuhl im Wohnzimmer, sowie die Sauna. Zum Haus gehört auch ein großer Garten mit vielen Olivenbäumen und zwei Feigenbäumen, welche uns mit köstlichen Feigen versorgt haben. Alles in allem: Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Wunderbar ruhig, herrlicher Pool und viel Platz

Vermieterin war unkompliziert und obwohl wir die Ankunft nicht genau sagen konnten war alles vorbereitet. Sehr schönes Haus und tolle Küche. Am Geschirr erkennt man, das manche Gäste mit fremden Eigentum nicht sehr sorgsam umgehen. Der Massagestuhl ist natürlich auch so ein Highlight! ;-) Beheizter Pool stimmt nicht ganz, der Pool ist beheizbar. Kostet extra. Braucht man aber normalerweise nicht. Man will sich ja erfrischen. Es wird viel gebaut in der Nachbarschaft. Die Ruhe wird dann nicht mehr ganz so toll sein. Gleich bei der Anreise in Labin einkaufen, dann spart man sich das zurückfahren.

There are two fully equipped kitchens, with wine cooler, dishwashers, large freezer, Teppanyaki grill plate, induction hobs. House has four bathrooms and a toilet. Master bathroom has hydromassage bath and there is air-bubble massage system in the swiming pool. Large taverna with fireplace is in the basement. Living room has a good quality surround Hi-Fi system, each room has smart TV with SAT and Internet connection in the network with plenty music, movies, series to chose from. The house is situated on olivegrove in a quiet surroundings
