Comfortable house, private pool, ocean/mountain views, near a sandy beach and the boardwalk

We would like to tell you something about our pretty holiday home 'Casa Tres Palmas'. If we want to make you feel like a stay in the house, feel free to contact us by phone or by contact form.

OVERVIEW
The house is located in the quiet urbanization 'Carrio Park' in the midst of an attractive and well maintained 400 sqm property, which includes several outdoor terraces, the pool area and a locked parking space.
The covered porch in front of the living room has a beautiful view of the garden with pool, on the rocks 'Peñón de Ifach' and part overlooking the sea. From the roof terrace you can enjoy a great wide view over the property and Calpe, to the salt lake to the 'Peñón de Ifach', to the sea line and to the mountain ranges of the Sierra de Bernía.
Due to the south of the property you can enjoy the sun all day.

THE HOUSE
The house is perhaps not necessarily dimensioned huge with its 65 square meters, but cut low, so that the available space can be optimally utilized. The large living / dining room and the attached open kitchen are quite generous.
There are 2 bedrooms each for 2 persons. Both bedrooms have their own full bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.

Porch:
Before the living room with wide windows is a covered and sheltered veranda on 3 sides (20 square meters), which can be ideally used as outdoor dining area. Here is a table with chairs and a fridge and the washing machine.
On the shelves of the veranda you will find our 'library'. Browse here to your heart, and if you like a book, you may also like to take or exchange.
Just off the porch is the barbecue in stainless steel.

The roof terrace:
The roof terrace (15 sqm) is indeed rarely used despite their great outlook as a dining area but probably can be here in the evening sun or enjoy a wonderfully the other Sundowner. Also for undisturbed sunbathing terrace offers itself as it is only partially visible.

POOL & GARDEN:
From the veranda you reach the the landscaped garden. Passing the Kakteenbeet it continues to Palm Terrace. Here Here, the three imposing fan palms that give the house its name. Under the palm trees there is a cozy sitting area. From the palm terrace you finally get to the pool with sun terrace.
The spacious pool measures 8 x 4 meters and is easily accessible via a Roman staircase. Overlooking our little guests we have at that time decided the construction consciously for a child-friendly version. In front of the pool is therefore only first 20 m deep, and then falls back to 1 80 m depth.
Next to the pool is an outdoor shower available. 4 sun loungers and a total of 4 large umbrellas and the natural shade through the palms provide every opportunity to make themselves after a bath to relax comfortably.
Another highlight: Both the garden and the pool are lit so that you can dip the grounds after dark in atmospheric light.
Of course, garden and pool are maintained all year or serviced.

SERVICE & COMFORT:
It is very important to us to provide you with reasonable comfort. Therefore, it is natural for us to provide you with useful things like the washing machine, a second refrigerator, modern TV and radio equipment, as well as Internet access available for free.
Also, our optional laundry service is, just, highly appreciated by the passengers guests. For a small fee you can get asked of us as bedding, bath towels.
However, should be left open desires, we are always open to suggestions for improvement and grateful. Smaller requests, we can often even meet during your stay.

The recreational value of Calpe
The outstanding qualities of Calpe as a seaside resort are obvious.
There is broad clean sands and a turquoise sea unbeatable mountain setting. Along the coast road to Moraira there are a number of smaller beaches, mostly embedded in rocks.
There are numerous opportunities to engage in sports or underwater, either directly on the beach or from the nearby nautical club. Boat trips are also offered from Calpes Harbor.
Beyond water sports, the extremely attractive hinterland and hinterland invite you to many other activities, excursions, hikes and explorations.
Experience the wild nature in the mountains. Climb some games on the 'Peñón de Ifach' or the Monte Olta above Calpe. A great hiking route is also around the Sierra de Bernía. Or maybe you like to play golf?
Interested in history? You might want to look at one of the many castles (eg. B. Guadelest).
You are interested in culture? Visit the artists' town of Altea. Also Valencia's opera is definitely worth a visit.
If you like it more robust, can be for example the nightlife of Benidorm. Perhaps initiated by a revue show with dinner at 'Benidorm Palace'?
By the way, your children will certainly be looking forward to a visit to the Aqualandia water park, the Mundomar marine animal park or the Terra Mítica amusement park (all in nearby Benidorm). In Jávea there is even a kart track.
