About this property

3-level Home On Golf Course 10 Min. From Boulder/25 Min. From Denver

My home is on the 12th tee of Indian Peaks (public) golf course, within walking distance of several bus routes, shopping, rec centers, clubs, etc. The space includes 3 bedrooms: one king master en suite, one queen, a triple (a bunkbed, both of which are doubles and one single double) upstairs, with a shared bath for the queen and triple. There's also a full kitchen, living room, family room, dining room, deck, and laundry. I would be staying periodically in the ground-level floor, with a separate entrance. Therefore, the lowest level of my 3-level home is off-limits. I travel a lot and would also be spending most of the year with my daughter and grandchildren in NYC, only staying there about a week every other month.

Don't adjust the heat or A/C without asking, as both are on appropriate settings to best accommodate all levels of the house. No wet towels on wood.

Use the coasters and hooks provided. I provide toilet paper, soap, napkins and paper towels initially, but you must replenish and clean.

As mentioned above, I would be staying periodically in the lower level, which has its own entrance, kitchen, bath, bedroom, and living room. I travel a lot and also would be spending most of the yeaar with my daughter and grandchildren in NYC. I'm a single woman who is quiet, clean, friendly, and respectful, and I would expect you to be as well. I prefer long-term guests, with a minimum of 3 months. The photo is of me and my grandson, who does not live with me.

Why they chose this property

I am scrupulous about cleaning and use Clorox with bleach, Hibiclens (the only sanitizer recommended by doctors), etc. I also have a huge backyard. In addition, I'm on the 12th tee of Indian Peaks (public) golf course.

What makes this property unique

I've lived in the Boulder County area for 40 years, so am very familiar with all of the activities and sights, which I'd be glad to share with guests.
