Great location in a wonderful small town. Easy access to local coffee shops. The inside was clean. The lodging is on the second story above the garage so is one has difficulty with stairs this could be challenging.

Nice clean, good location property.

Had on issue with no hot water. Taken care of within a few hours. Just a GFI tripped prior to our entry. Those we spoke with very nice. Good communication and follow up.

I arrived and the house was not cleaned. At all, including the beds which had dirty linens. The property company told me to go out for diner, on them, while they came to clean. Hours later, I was still unable to check in. I said I expected a full refund and the company representative agreed. The company then denied all accountability and never issued a refund or payed for the dinner. I would never book with this company again.

Comfortable and clean but a few small things

The place is fine - comfortable and clean enough. Easy to get in and there are two parking spaces (one in the garage and other on driveway). Close to some places to eat and driving distance to some great areas. We only used the place to sleep and spent our days and evenings out so for that it was good enough.But there are a few smaller issues to consider - nothing that made the trip terrible but just be aware if important to you (and for the price):1. We couldn't get the wifi to work. Now I imagine if we called, someone would have helped us, but we've stayed in plenty of places and never had a problem connecting. 2. Could use more bathroom or room hooks to hang towels.3. There is no bureau space whatsoever. It was fine living out of the suitcase but most places have some drawers or shelves to put your clothes.4. The bedrooms are above the garage of the main house. One night around 1:00 AM someone must have come home and the garage door operation was quite loud. It did not wake up my wife or son, but I am a lighter sleeper and it woke me up (and I forgot there was another garage so was confused for a few minutes!)5. Although there is a small deck it overlooks a back alley with lots of dumpsters and the back of some bars. We were not expecting a view and really only used the place to sleep so it didn't matter to us. Again - no major problems and was clean and comfortable, but probably worth knowing these things if important to you.

Great for EV Rental and Quiet Neighborhood

The unit having a garage was such a plus. The place is also 1 block away from a Lvl 2 charger ( first 6 hrs free). Walking distance to lots of great places to eat. The toiletries available were a nice plus. Only two things to improve on. 1. A blind on the entryway door would be nice for safety. 2. The pillows could be a bit nicer. Way to soft. Overall, really great place to stay that is close to Boulder but in a quieter location. Would book again

Quiet and Fantastic

This is a great place to go for a quick getaway. Very nice, clean, easy to get to restaurants and other places near Boulder or Denver. The owner is very attentive and will return your calls very quickly. Thank you so much for sharing your rental with us!

Convenient Location

We stayed in the property while visiting with family in Erie. I enjoyed walking to get my morning coffee. It would have been nice to have a few starter pods for the coffee maker.

Great Location

Perfect distance from Boulder and Denver. We loved being able to walk to the local shops and bars in Erie. We enjoyed our short stay.
