Kaunis koti valmis tÀydelliseen lomaasi! TÀmÀ kaunis 7 makuuhuoneen koti, jossa on ensiluokkainen sisustus ja oma uima-allas, sijaitsee 150 askeleen pÀÀssÀ Destinin rantojen kauniista valkoisesta hiekasta ja smaragdivedestÀ.

TÀssÀ 3-kerroksisessa kodissa on 7 makuuhuonetta ja 7 kylpyhuonetta. Se sisÀltÀÀ myös oleskelu- ja viihdytysalueet ensimmÀisessÀ, toisessa ja kolmannessa kerroksessa. KÀvele puolitoista korttelia yhteen Destinin kauneimmista rannoista tai nauti oman suuren terassisi, grillin ja lÀmmitetyn uima-altaan yksityisyydestÀ!

Katso auringon nousevan toisen kerroksen suurelta kannelta tai lopeta pÀivÀ kolmannen kerroksen parvekkeella katsomalla loistavaa auringonlaskua. TÀmÀ koti sijaitsee kÀtevÀsti lÀhellÀ ostosmahdollisuuksia, hienoja ravintoloita ja viihdettÀ, jota koko perhe rakastaa. Sijaitsee rauhallisella Crystal Beach -alueella, perheesi / ystÀvÀsi voivat hyödyntÀÀ yli 6 mailin reittejÀ lÀhistöllÀ.

Rakastat 3232 neliöjalkaa asuintilaa, jota kodilla on tarjottavana perhejuhliasi tai ystÀviÀsi lomalla yhdessÀ. Laaja avoin ensimmÀisen kerroksen oleskelutila sisÀltÀÀ: 10-katot, tÀysin varustettu keittiö, ruokailutilat jopa 16: lle, ja se nÀyttÀÀ kauniilta uima-altaalta ja patio-alueelta. Alakerrassa on myös 2 makuuhuonetta, joissa jokaisessa on king-size-vuode ja omat kylpyhuoneet.

Toiselle tasolle siirtyessÀsi löydÀt portaikkojen ylÀreunalta rentouttavan alueen, tÀynnÀ lasten pelejÀ, televisiota ja kuningatar nukkujaa. Family Vacation-Destin

Property was top of the line, easy to drive to, exceeded our expectations, kitchen was stocked with all needs for cooking and feeding a large group! Best family trip

Anniversary Stay

The property is beautiful and very well maintained. From the outside it looks a little smaller than it actually is but once you're inside you discover that it is very roomy and are in awe. The floor plan and layout of the home was very nice and you can tell that some considerable thought went into the building of this home. The amenities were as advertised and added to our relaxing and enjoyable stay. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thank the owners for making it available for our anniversary.

AMAZING FAMILY VACAY!

Our big family of 8 adults and 6 kids had an amazing time at this vacation beach house! It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time at the beach. It was very clean and had plenty of space for everyone to be able to spread out. There were so many extra little amenities, such as extra beach towels, beach chairs, wagons, sand/pool toys, and a bags game that was such a nice plus! The location to the beach was excellent. It was an easy walk, but we were glad we decided to rent the golf cart to make it a little easier to get everything and everyone down to the beach. The kids loved the pool and we were so glad we paid the little bit extra to have it heated. It was perfect. 10/10 recommend this house! Our kids are already talking about coming back and staying here again!

Beautiful Home

First, the home was very clean which immediately set the tone for a great stay. Next, the space was perfect to accommodate a multi-generation family. Each bedroom having a bathroom made things particularly comfortable and convenient. Also, the kitchen was well-appointed making it easy to cook for the group. Finally, the opportunity to heat the pool (for a fee) during our unusually chilly week was a bonus and contributed to a wonderful stay. Unquestionably, we’d rent this property again.

What Dreams are Made Of!!

My husband and I invited our family down to Destin for our beach elopement! We wanted to find accommodations that would fit everyone, but also be spacious and not feel on top of one another. The house exceeded all our expectations. It was clean, roomy, the beds were so comfortable and they really thought of it all with beach supplies and coolers! The hosts were very responsive with all questions we had. If I could rate this place a 10 I would! Thank you for the most amazing wedding weekend stay!! We hope to vacation here as a family again in the future!!

Family Getaway

We recently stayed at this property with our family, which included 8 adults and 9 children from 9 months to 10 years old. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The house had everything we needed and more. I think everyone agreed that the beds and pillows were comfortable. It was the perfect location and just a short walk to the beach. The heated pool allowed the kids to swim the entire time from sunrise to sunset. We would definitely recommend this property to others and if we are ever in the Destin area again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Beautiful home and the owners were very responsive to our many questions. Book the house, you won’t regret it!

Family Oasis

The property was as described. Super close the the ocean beach and Camille's for coffee, smoothies, breakfast and lunch ! Very walkable and groceries were super easy with delivery. The pool was amazing! The kids were loving it!! We had 10 adults 9 kids ages 3-11 and a 2 month old. We had plenty of room for everyone. The 2 pack and plays came in handy. There were beach carts and umbrellas which made our trips to the beach much easier. Plenty of dishes and cookware. The beverage fridge made for more room in food fridge. This was our 1st vacation with all our children,spouses and grandchildren. Would definitely recommend!!

First Time Beach Family Reunion

The house design and layout were unique in a positive manner in my estimation. Every "new" person walking into the house exclaimed how great they thought the house was. The bedrooms were great for a family reunion as were the kitchen, dining and relaxing areas. The common areas on second and third floor with sleeper couches made for great expansion room. The furniture inside and out were good for sitting, eating and relaxing (nothing worse than uncomfortable furniture that is fancy looking or glass top wrought iron dining tables in a high traffic beach house). There was plenty of space for extra family coming in for dinner - dining prep and sitting, inside and out sitting useable. The kitchen was, according to my daughter, the most well stocked she has experienced and she's done this for decades. A plus was that there were balconies to both east and west. There was shade on the pool and gathering porch in afternoon and evening. Ceiling fans help with bugs and heat on the gathering porch. The pool was well used by all ages with a chest full of pool accessories. There was close and easy access to the public beaches and commercial areas.

This house was a perfect stay for a girls trip. The layout was perfect allowing for lots of common area space as well as private spaces. Plenty of bathrooms which is a huge plus with a big group. Pool and lounge areas were amazing and so relaxing. Walk to the beach was very short and it was so helpful for the house to provide beach equipment. Definitely recommend this property! 10/10

Stay - Destin

We took our family for my parents 40 wedding anniversary and it was an Unbelievable stay. House is perfect for a large family, or large group of friends. Beach is a block away walk, and the pool was great! The house has all the amenities you could think of. Perfect stay.

The house was awesome and worked great for our large family. My only complaint is that were super excited about the six passenger cart, and our first ride a tire blew, he did send us another golf cart, 4 passenger the next day, but I just feel like the tires should have been checked before stay. They were completely bald and should have been replaced a long time ago

Perfect Home Close to the Beach!

We loved the saltwater pool, access to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants were all walkable but the golf cart allowed up to explore the beachfront and do larger grocery runs when needed! 10/10 property. The owners/maintenance team were responsive and quick with everything we needed.

This home is beautiful and as described in the VRBO app. Everything was neat, clean, and ready for us upon arrival. The property was in a quiet neighborhood, within walkind distance of the beach and several other shops, restaurants, and activities. The beach chairs, beach wagon, and beach toys were a nice touch. The pool was the perfect size for us and was glad to have paid to have it heated as the ocean was a bit chilly this tme of year. The kids were rarely seen outside the pool! The only downfall would be the lack of every day supplies, ie: dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, paper towels, kleenex, etc. I understand these are expensive and were mentioned in the initial agreement. It's just really hard to bring those itemswith us when flying in from halfway across the country. Maybe could offer a "package" for those types of renters. All in all, we had a fabulous time with family and will return!

Family Vaca

We had 10 adults (5 couples) for our trip and the house was perfect! We actually didn’t even use two of the bedrooms so tons of space. The kitchen had anything and everything you could need. The extra fridges were so nice for extra storage. Pool area was great - we did pay to heat the pool and it was definitely worth the extra cost. Super quick walk to the beach. Owner was quick to respond to all questions both during the booking process and arrival/departure. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house!!!!

This house was absolutely perfect for my family - we went for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and had 13 people ages 4-71. The house had absolutely everything we needed or could have needed! The owner and property manager were both very responsive. We had an Amazon package delivered to the locked mailbox and they came to retrieve it for us right away! The pool area was perfect with a ton of outdoor seating and an abundance of pool and beach toys. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

Our location is excellent, near many major attractions, restaurants and of course, the beach. You can shop and dine without fighting Destin traffic!
Our home provides parking for 8 cars.
