Welcome to your beach, golf and tax-free shopping retreat! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the golf and tennis community of Bear Trap Dunes, this bright and very clean 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath town home is great for families, couples and avid golfers.

This is a large, two-level home (1,700 sq ft), offering plenty of room for everyone to have their own space after a day of fun together! The first floor of this well-decorated home has a private master bedroom suite with a queen bed and a walk-in shower -- as well as a large living and dining area with cathedral ceilings that make the space feel even bigger than it is, a gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you can think of, a powder room and a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. It has central air, ceiling fans in each room and front shutters. In the back, there's a screened-in sitting area and an outdoor deck with a patio table and chairs and a large gas grill, as well as a garage filled with beach chairs, bikes, boogie boards and other kid-friendly amenities. Just a few steps away is a wonderful enclosed playground -- large enough for a good time and small enough not to allow for a lot of noise.

The second floor has two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other with two double beds and a window bed that kids just love. The two bedrooms are separated by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a private shower and two sinks.

There are flat-screen TVs in each bedroom and a large screen Smart TV in the living room -- all with cable TV service -- as well as WiFi, DVD players, books, games and lots of kid movies. Streaming services are available on the TVs in the living room and master bedroom.

Our home is just a block away from beach shuttle #7. Available amenities include a fitness center, an outdoor pool, an indoor poor with a Jacuzzi and sauna, tennis and pickle-ball courts, a basketball court, and 27 holes of golf, a driving range and golf practice areas.

Whether you're golfing at Bear Trap Dunes or other top courses in the area, shopping at the Rehoboth Beach outlets, antiquing or enjoying the beach, you'll come back home to a relaxing and peaceful retreat that’s just like home – enjoy!

Sleeps 8. Charges: Rental period, 9.5% tax, mandatory damage insurance, and 4% reservation processing fee. Bear Trap activity passes are required for use of fitness center, pools, tennis courts and shuttle bus. Activity passes are purchased online. Fees are $65 per week from May 22-September 7 per person for those age 4 or older and $45 per week at other times. The shuttle runs on Memorial Day weekend and then from mid-June through Labor Day. Golf greens fees and range costs are separate. The home is located a 3-to-4 minute drive from the pavilion and the golf pro shop. Town rules limit street parking to three cars, in addition the driveway parking spot. From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 3 pm. Checkout time is 10 am. Please note that sheets and towels are not provided. Please also note that you must be 25 years of age to rent; we do not accept beach week/graduation week rentals.
