Magnifique condo avec vue sur le golfe. Deux chambres Ă  coucher, deux salles de bains plus une piĂšce commune pouvant ĂȘtre fermĂ©e comme une 3Ăšme chambre. SituĂ© au large de Middle Gulf Drive, le Sundial T201 est situĂ© au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage avec ascenseur. Notre copropriĂ©tĂ© de location de vacances offre une vue sur le golfe depuis le porche, une cuisine complĂšte et une machine Ă  laver / sĂšche-linge. La spacieuse chambre principale comprend un lit king-size avec une salle de bains privative, tandis que la chambre d'amis comprend deux lits jumeaux. La salle de bain des invitĂ©s est prĂšs de la chambre et du couloir. La taniĂšre dispose d'un canapĂ©-lit et ferme pour la vie privĂ©e. Il y a un canapĂ©-lit supplĂ©mentaire dans le salon. Le salon et les meubles de la taniĂšre sont nouveaux de Florida Leather Gallery. L'unitĂ© est Ă©quipĂ©e de chaises de plage, parasol et serviettes de plage, tous situĂ©s dans la cabane privĂ©e, au niveau infĂ©rieur, accessible par l'escalier en colimaçon de la vĂ©randa. Wifi gratuit disponible dans l'unitĂ©.

Sundial 201 is a beautiful, well-stocked and well-maintained condo, with lots of room. The reserved parking space is right beside the stairs and close to two elevators, and the condo was just a few steps away on the second floor. The downstairs patio was convenient for storing beach gear, and the beach cart rolled right out onto the pathway to a fantastic beach for shelling and relaxing. The property location is close to the Sanibel bridge, making it easy to get across to Fort Myers, and also close to the main road across Sanibel and over to Captiva.

The condo is great. The furniture and beds are comfortable and I easily found the linens for the pull-out couch. The check-in process was easy and owners were communicative. My only drawback is the pool being under construction, which was in fine print of the listing. They were actively working on it, so ideally this would not be a factor longterm. We did have to purchase 50/day per person passes to the main Sundial pool in order to use one, a cost we did not anticipate.

Sanibel Spring break

The unit was lovely and very clean. Very well equipped with dishes, pots and pans. The condo pool was not open yet but for a small fee we were able to enjoy the resort pool. We all had a wonderful time.

Not what we signed up for or paid for

We paid a very high price for this condo only to learn days before our arrival that none of the pools were open. We had to pay 105/day for all of us to use the only working pool on the property. In addition, when we asked for a restock of basic amenities (toilet paper and trash bags), we were told to purchase our own. We were also told that we couldn’t turn the AC above a certain temperature. We booked via VRBO thinking we would be renting from a private owner, but it was in fact a management company (Dream Vacations). We love Sundial and will go back, but will not be renting through Dream Vacations ever again. A dream vacation it was not!

My family of five (with 3 kids under 7) had an amazing stay here! The property was impeccably clean and had all the things we needed (a blender, plastic dishes for kids to use, coffee maker, pool noodles, beach towels, beach umbrella, etc.). The whole complex was beautifully maintained and this unit was really nicely updated and felt bright and spacious. There was enough furniture to be very comfortable but not too much extra decor for kids to get into/potentially damage. The bedrooms were spacious and we loved the extra sink in the master bath area. My only tiny complaint would be that the master bed mattress was extremely firm and I would’ve loved a memory foam topper. But that’s a personal preference and overall such a small part of our experience here. I wouldn’t change another thing! The pool is just outside and the beautiful white sand beach is a very short walk from the condo down a boardwalk. The condo was also equipped with board games and puzzles for the family. The only thing we really needed to bring were the life jackets our kids wore. We were also happily surprised that the complex was generally quiet and there were lots of families with kids so nothing loud at night. Overall, I’d highly recommend Sundial and this particular unit to anyone coming to the island!!

This was our first time to Sanibel and it was absolutely amazing. The accommodations were perfect, clean, spacious and great location to the beach. We hope to return again the same time next year. One suggestion for the unit would be a frw bar stools at the counter, otherwise everything you could want or need.
