Family stay

Very nice apartment and awesome location . Could do with a bit of maintenance , lots of small things like loose toilet roll holders and shower rose ,sticking door handles. WiFi is terrible almost unable to watch a movie. Couches very uncomfortable. Could be a fantastic apartment but I think the title of "Luxury Living " is a bit of a stretch . Having said that it wash spotlessly clean and the beds where very comfy and Celeste was very quick to reply when messaged. We did enjoy our stay.Thank you

Believe the hype

Clyvemore is fantastic. We were three girls travelling together to celebrate a friend's birthday in Ballarat for the weekend. Check in was super easy and Celeste is so prompt with her communication. It's spotlessly clean and the big couch in the living room is to die for. You just sink in and become enveloped by velvety goodness. We didn't do any cooking while there, but can attest the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Check out was super simple too. Cannot fault this and we all agreed that we would be back to stay again.

Excellent location and lovely apartment - storngly recommend

Stay was great and enjoyed the comforts of the apartment - was well decked out both form a practical and aesthetic perspective and really enjoyed our night in. Only comment we did make was around the bath - not an easy thing to fix but was a big stepin/step out for shorter people. So if was ever thinking of redoing the bathroom (which we realise is a big cost) would maybe look at flicking it and just having a shower. No issues otherwise and a great stay - definitely recommend.

Lovely place with attention to detail, close to the centre of town

We enjoyed our stay. The pictures are a true reflection, and the owner is responsive when we had a minor query. It is quiet despite being a street back from the main road. There are stairs (one floor), and I can't recall if the ad mentions it, so be aware if stairs are at all a problem. We'd recommend this place and would stay again.

Beautiful property in a great location

The property was very clean and had all the amenities. The washer and dryer were great and worked really well which was a plus. The apartment is beautifully furnished and the rooms are very spacious.

Beautifully presented, very clean, comfortable and spacious.

The property was beautifully presented, had freshly cut flowers, very clean, spacious and the kitchen had every utensil you could think of- even a milk foamer for making coffee! It was well heated and both the kids and us adults absolutely loved it. The owners had great communication and it was definitely a favourite stay.

Great apartment in central location

We enjoyed the spaciousness and the ability to walk to most central Ballarat locations. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. A minor hassle was the internet connection that was slow and kept dropping out and one of us could not connect at all. We will certainly stay there again.

Great location and lovely place

We loved the place . The only comments were that the couches in lounge room were extremely low and uncomfortable and the TV remote really didn’t work. Everything else was fabulous

Nice old building

Property was large and generally quite clean. Beds were well appointed and very comfortable. Furniture in the lounge could do with an update as one couch was too uncomfortable to sit on and the other was not much better. Internet was very slow and kept dropping out. For the price you would expect these things to be spot on and unfortunately they fell short Overall had a good experience.

A fantastic unit in the heart of Ballarat. So luxurious and everything has been thought of. My daughter and I stayed here for two nights and will definitely recommend it to anyone who is heading to Ballarat. STUNNING. Thank you for a great experience:)

Was centrally located and a clean, well appointed accommodation. Gorgeous interiors. Netflix being difficult was the only downfall.

This property was delightful.

So grateful to be allowed to take small children into such a lovely property. It's lovely to enjoy both family and 5 star accommodation. A great place to stay in Ballarat, the property was very impressive and so spotless.
