Very trendy inner city miners cottage with all modern conveniences and a touch of class.

Central Cottage is fully renovated with an upbeat feel. It is located in the heart of Ballarat Central and most cafes and hotels are within a short walking distance. More importantly Sovereign Hill and Her Majesty's Theatre are just a short easy stroll.

For convenience the house is entered by key pad.

FREE AND FAST UNLIMITED WIFI INTERNET FOR ALL CUSTOMERS.

PET FRIENDLY: Yard is secure and we are a pet friendly location but we do ask no pets in any of the bedrooms. White Flat Ovals are a 150 metre walk so you can then give your dogs a run or let the kids run them. We just ask that pets do not enter or stay in bedrooms please for the comfort of future guest.

Bedding includes a lavish master suite with large sturdy queen bed. A large 43 inch television and grand ornamental fireplace.

Bedroom two has a deluxe double bed.

Bedroom three consist of two single beds (bunk configuration) and trendy storage.
(please be sure to specify number guest to ensure correct bedding/linen supplied)

The living area has a really detailed wall artwork that is sure to be a talking point. Super large 60 inch 4K smart television and luxurious leather seating. Open plan dining for 6 and a fully renovated and functional kitchen with split system heating/cooling.

Entire cottage warm and toasty with full central gas heating.

Bathroom is modern and large with open double size shower that you are sure to enjoy. The shower is easy to access and suitable for all ages. (There is no bath)

Laundry has large commercial washing machine and dryer and plenty of storage space. Portacot (under main bed) and portable soft high hair (laundry storage) are available for use if required.

Outside the Cottage has a trendy landscaped yard and a massive deck that is sure to please. Rectractable awning provides ample shade (BUT PLEASE BE SURE NOT TO LEAVE OPEN WHE UNATTENDED IN CASE OF WIND DAMAGE) A drinking water tank is available for rain fresh sparkling water all year round.

Linen/towels and grocery necessities are included in your package.

NO ONE NIGHT STAYS, SORRY but just not viable.

CHECK IN 2pm CHECK OUT 10.00 a.m. unless otherwise negotiated and pending other guests. (Please note we cannot always negotiate check- in and checkout times due to other family commitments and required cleaning preparation)

It a cute little cottage with 3 bedrooms one bathroom. It has an excellent walk-in shower. Easy to use washing machine and dryer. Very grateful for the milk, tea and coffee, also had glad wrap and foil. Beds were comfortable and blackout blinds excellent. Close to town could walk about a kilometre to town proper. Sovereign Hill also very close by. Lounge a little tight for 6 people but adequate. The road is quiet but deep gutter as it can rain and they become little steams but nothing to be concerned about.

The house is very well situated within walking distance of the town centre/restaurants etc. The street is quiet and there is plenty of on street parking just outside the house.

Great stay

Lovely stay, very comfortable..Some minor things to improve but all small things such as cleanliness in kitchen drawers, etc... beds etc clean and comfy enough though.Bathroom nice but tlies very slippery and not great for anyone of a certain age or with a slight disability, but our host happily provided a chair for us which was great.Close to everything and we.thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My family holiday

My stay the sink in bathroom didn't work properly the stove was so dirty we didn't cook you need to fix front steps it was to high if you have hip or back problems is had to go upand down.

Good location

Good little house if staying for short term. Great central location. Bedrooms comfortable. Kitchen well equiped. Plenty of dining space and large comfortable couch in lounge.Front has quite high steps and parking is beside the old cobble stone gutters found throughout Ballarat, so something to consider if travelling with disabled or elderly. Bathroom shower isn’t very strong at all and whilst ok for our two night stay, would have driven me nuts along with hand basin in the bathroom, which really needs fixing. Hooks in the bathroom to hang up clothes whilst showering would be awesome too.Overall very happy with our stay- just could do with some tweaks.

Lovely property with everything as listed and a great stay.Only slight negative is the awful water pressure on the bathroom tap! Just a trickle! Minor issue but should be fixed as it is rather weird!
