slow to respond to issue with casting to TV. Solution provided the next day did not workUnit lacked condiments. There was nothing in cupboards not even any salt and pepper. Only 3 coffee sachets for 2 people for 2 nights not quite sufficient. The front door was unlocked upon arrival. The remote for garage is flat had to get out of car and stand just inches from roller door to make it work. Back door very hard to lock. Shower and bath dripping fast unable to turn off. very annoying. Food and lollies under lounge from previous tenants. Thats disgusting . Electric blanket was left on in 2nd bedroom

Located within walking distance to supermarket, bakery, butchers, chemist, bottleshop, banking, restaurants and massage. Good size garage for the Ford Ranger. House was ready for us, easy check in and host touched base to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Very comfy and warm.

Great location

This property was perfect for our mini getaway and visit to Sovereign Hill. I5 comfortably accommodated 4 adults and 2 children. Very clean and great amenities. So close to all attractions.

Fabulous roomy 3BR

Good location, quiet (but close to highway), big roomy unit with excellent facilities and ensuite to main BR, well set up kitchen, laundry (need instructions for washing machine), comfortable beds, well set up kitchen, garage for 2 cars. A few minor maintenance issues, but overall 5 stars.

Amazing Place to stay to enjoy Ballarat!

Lovely well equiped house that was clean and well presented. Garage was huge, beds were comfy, we couldn’t have asked for more. Tom was a great host as well. Definately coming back!

Winter Wonderland in Ballarat

Tom was a great host for our family trip to Ballarat, The Setup was fantastic the fact you could drive into the Garage and walk virtually straight into the house was great on those rainy days, the central heating made the place cozy and warm for the children at night. The Tv is massive for watching flicks at night. The house is clean and well-maintained short distances from shops and the Golden Point Hotel which if you stay here is a must with a massive place ground for kids and very well priced meals. I highly recommend staying here and will do so again.

Great property accepting pets

Easy checkin, quick communication response from Tom, secure small yard for dog, double lockup garage, huge Tv, well equipped kitchen, comfy couch and the bed was so comfortable-electric blanket ✅After travelling down from qld and having to stay in run down places because we had a dog…. This was absolute heaven. Thank you Tom for your property and accepting dogs. We loved our stay-walk in the morning, shops close by, easy access to Ballarat and Geelong-we totally loved this property and would highly recommend to anyone AA++

The rubbish bin was almost full when we arrived. Shower ensuite kept dripping. There were bugs coming out of the damaged wall beside the shower everynight. I killed about 16 over the 4 nights. Ensuite exhaust fan sometimes would not come on. Tap in hand basin in bathroom dripping as well.

Beautiful home with 3 lovely rooms.

2 of my groomsmen and I stayed here the day before the wedding and had a great time just chilling playing some mario games. Iga just down the road with lots of take-away options close bye. If we need a place in Ballarat again we wouldnt hesitate with this house.

Clean, tidy and homely!

Myself and my family had a wonderful stay for 3 nights between Christmas and New Year's at this property. All amenities were provided for a comfortable stay. The private courtyard was big enough to accomodate for my 2 dogs. Short walking distance/drive to the nearby park and shops. Friendly neighbours too. We will definitely be back again when visiting Ballarat in the future :)
