Great property and location well appointed. Unfortunately when we stayed there there was a minor issue with the garage roller door which in the end I had to resolve myself. The small lawn area also need attention. Overall a lovely property

Located within walking distance to supermarket, bakery, butchers, chemist, bottleshop, banking, restaurants and massage. Good size garage for the Ford Ranger. House was ready for us, easy check in and host touched base to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Very comfy and warm.

Great location

This property was perfect for our mini getaway and visit to Sovereign Hill. I5 comfortably accommodated 4 adults and 2 children. Very clean and great amenities. So close to all attractions.

Amazing Place to stay to enjoy Ballarat!

Lovely well equiped house that was clean and well presented. Garage was huge, beds were comfy, we couldn’t have asked for more. Tom was a great host as well. Definately coming back!

Beautiful home with 3 lovely rooms.

2 of my groomsmen and I stayed here the day before the wedding and had a great time just chilling playing some mario games. Iga just down the road with lots of take-away options close bye. If we need a place in Ballarat again we wouldnt hesitate with this house.

A comfortable property that was perfect for our family of four, and fur baby! Quiet location. 5 minute drive into central Ballarat. Clean and equipped with all we needed. Great layout.

Pet friendly Road Nats accommodation

Great location for cycling near Buningyong course and close to town. Supermarket within walking distance. Good secure off street parking. Plenty of room for our family to comfortably prepare for racing.
