bedrooms/3 baths, sleeps 8. On wide beach with 2 large swimming pools (1

heated during the winter) and hot tub. Weekly rentals only. STR PERMIT

SEVILLE 603 - WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY. Beachfront 3 bedroom/3 bath condo with

large balcony overlooking the gulf. 2 miles north of causeway on wide beach

with 2 large swimming pools (1 heated during the winter) and hot tub. Hi speed

internet and cable in the livingroom and one bedroom only. High security

property. A family favorite and very convenient location. You will love these

accommodations. Weekly rentals only. Lots of things to do on the island,

shopping, fishing, swimming, surfing, Sea Turtle Inc, South Padre Island

Birding Nature & Alligator Sanctuary, Island Adventure Park, Gravity Adventure

Park, The Stables, Coastal Studies Lab, and more!! STR PERMIT #2023-0222

Seville # 603

The property management does not check the condo before guests check-in. We arrived and the A/C was not working, they could not fix it until late that night. It was very uncomfortable sleeping with heat the first night. We had issues with the water pressure in the condo too, it took 2 days for the property management to address it. When we showered very little water would trickle out. It was very annoying. I would not recommend this condo....

Seville 603 SPI

Location and view were first rate. Appliances and general condition were poor. Ice maker would not work and was told by management company that the owner would not fix it due to fears of a leak.
