Vous allez adorer la vue depuis le balcon de la plage privée de 800 pc au 9Úme étage! Ce condo est de 1550 pc et a été entiÚrement rénové. Il y a des appareils en acier inoxydable dans la cuisine ainsi que de superbes armoires personnalisées et des comptoirs en granit. La cuisine bien équipée comprend des cafetiÚres (kcup et carafe), un mixeur, un grille-pain, de grandes casseroles, beaucoup de vaisselle, de la verrerie et des couverts. La table peut accueillir 8 personnes avec 2 tabourets de bar pour des siÚges supplémentaires. Vous trouverez 6 tabourets de balcon, 6 chaises et 2 tables pour manger en plein air ou profiter d'une boisson avec vue depuis l'une des 3 chaises. Les chambres (à l'étage) sont King, Queen et Queen avec un canapé-lit Queen dans le salon. Chaque chambre a une porte coulissante en verre avec accÚs aux balcons privés du 10Úme étage donnant sur la baie et la plage. La salle de bain principale est attenante avec salle de bain récemment rénovée et douche à l'italienne tandis que les deux chambres Queen partagent une salle de bain complÚte qui a également été entiÚrement rénovée. Il y a un grand demi-bain en bas décoré avec des armoires personnalisées et un beau granit ainsi qu'une laveuse / sécheuse superposées. Nouvelles unités de climatisation en haut et en bas.

This condo is fabulous, beautifully decorated and unbeatable views! We loved the extra large patio and were able to eat outside on the large table. The beds are very comfortable and the condo had every amenity one could wish for. The spectacular views elevated our vacation experience. I would highly recommend staying here. Beth was a fabulous host and even sent over restaurant recommendations and an email with a plethora of helpful information. Don't hesitate to stay at this condo- it is even nicer in person!

This Condominium is Awesome! It has a Panoramic View of The Beach and South Padre Island. Beth is a Wonderful Host. She makes sure you are well informed of checking in and out. She provides you with information on the Condominium and things to Do at SPI. The Condominium is gorgeous and has everything you need.

Great getaway!

This condo was one of the most well appointed rentals we have stayed at. The views are incredible! The patio was awsome, and also had plenty of furniture to accommodate everyone and then some. Beth was super easy to communicate with, and was fast to respond to any of our questions. We would highly recommend staying here!

Memorable Family Vacation

This is a beautiful Condo with everything you could possible need for a great family vacation. The kitchen is stocked with top of the line cookware and serving pieces, along with tons of spices, etc. - we had a great family gathering for 12 with plenty of space for everyone. There is a closet with everything you need for the beach - you don't have to bring a thing which is a huge convenience. We stayed a week and it wasn't enough as everything was perfect!

Beach getaway!!!

This is our second time staying with Beth at south padre island. And what another great experience! Beth is super easy to work with from planning our vacation time to check out she is a superb host. This Condo is So Awesome

I have Stayed at this Condo Every Year for the Last 5 Years and this Condo is Really Awesome. The Bathrooms are Modern and Immaculate. It is Spacious and the Furniture is Nice. The Condo is Close to the Beach and Everyone is so Friendly. The Owner of this Condo (Beth) is so Friendly, Very Helpful and Very Responsive. I Highly Recommend Booking this Condo.

Paradise on Padre Island

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this condo is. It was beautifully furnished, well stocked, and had incredible views. All appliances and kitchen tools were top of the line, and attention to detail to make your stay easy and convenient were there - Touches like charging ports on lamps and in kitchen and a well stocked beach closet The owner was always quick to respond to questions, even months out from our reservation! We will be back and we will definitely stay here again.

Nice place, wonderful owner, but not right on the beach, although it faces the gulf

We enjoyed our stay very much, and would stay here again, if the budget allowed, because it is not cheap. The condo was well furnished, with everything someone could possibly expect for their stay. The owners (who manage the condo) are great folks, and easy to work with. Be aware that it to get to the beach, you must walk through another complex, so it's about a five or ten minute walk. Reasonable, though.

Comfortable stay

We had such a good time on our trip. The building is so well-maintained and the condo was immaculate. Here are a few highlights: - kitchen was very well-stocked with anything you could want or need. - furniture was not only clean, but higher end and comfortable. Felt like home rather than a rental. - grills in the common area were pristine. - the walk to the beach was totally manageable and they do provide a wagon as well as a ton of toys. - renting chairs and umbrellas on the beach were affordable and we opted for that every day instead of dragging more gear. This was such a fun, quick trip and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful and well stocked

One of the nicest places we’ve rented to date. Everything was provided down to the smallest detail. There was even all the beach toys with a wagon to carry them in. Beautiful views and a patio to die for. Wonderful dining options in walking distance. We ate at Yummies every morning and highly recommend their Spanish Macchiato. Gabriella’s had great brick oven pizza and a quaint atmosphere. We will be back.

Amazing views!

This vacation home is the most amazing we've stayed at in Padre! There are two enormous patios, one facing the beach and the other facing both the ocean and the bay. One of the bedrooms is all glass on two sides, with water views through both. The condo was up-to-date, well-kept, and well-stocked. In front of the condo complex is a wonderful ceviche restaurant, and brunch at Yummie's Bistro a few steps away is a must-do. The beach was perfect and the pool was newly updated and not too crowded. Owner Beth was super nice and very organized. We'll be back for our next vacation!

Had a great stay, beach walks, pools, pelicans, rockets ....

Nice upgrades since the last time we rented this unit. Loved it before, but now it's even nicer. Plenty of room, excellent views of the beach and the SpaceX launch facility. Witnessed a launch but it was so cloudy and hazy all we could see were the flames. Still, it was pretty exciting. Unit was sparkling clean and everything was in good order. We'll look to rent it again when we go back to SPI !

AWESOME EXPERIENCE

I stayed at this property to celebrate a milestone birthday. This place was stocked with everything and more to make this a special occasion. The views are priceless!! The entire condo was inviting and decorated very well. The kitchen and wet bar are stocked with everything but the food and adult beverages. The owner was very easy to work with and delivered what was promised. The location of the property was perfect, right off the causeway. I am definitely going to come back. Thanks Beth!

Beautiful Condo with a view!!!

We stayed at Sunchase IV #910. Aug 1 to Aug 7th 2020 and we can’t wait to go back! We were 4 adults and 2 kids age 4 and 5. The view Inside and from our own 9th floor huge balcony is breathtaking. Also has balconies in each of the upstairs bedrooms, so the view is the gulf and the Bay/causeway. The condo has everything you need for cooking and playing and I do mean everything. The walk to the beach was maybe 7 or 8 minutes. We recommend purchasing the umbrella and chairs on the beach. The pool was a great alternative to the beach too. We took in both most days. The condo was really clean and building staff was visible with cleaning high touch places and we appreciated their presence. We highly recommend!!!!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Our family of five began coming to South Padre Island for vacations 30+ years ago. We have stayed in Sunchase exclusively. We like the quiet interior hallways, elevators and all the beautiful amenities Sunchase IV has to offer. The main level has been recently renovated so the grounds are beautiful, well-kept and the vibe is friendly. After so many years of visiting SPI, we wanted to make this condo the best of all we have seen.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The outdoor hot tub is huge (occupancy limited to 16)! The pool has 3 nice waterfall areas - very refreshing after a long day at the beach. There is umbrella and chaise lounge chair rental through Jim's Beach Service and it can be arranged online or in person. You can fly to Harlingen HRL or Brownsville BRO and arrange a shuttle to drop you at the front door. There is plenty of security. This development is gated and has a numeric keypad for entrance to and exit from the beach.
