2. Balcony with a beautiful Mount Ararat view snow-capped all year round, and a stunning city view too
3. Fully renovated and refurbished in May 2019, with the help of a professional interior designer
4. A Queen bed (160 * 200cm) with a new orthopedic mattress
5. Big and full kitchen with a coffeemaker, microwave oven, stove, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, lots of pots and pans, all kinds of cups and glasses even for wine, brandy, etc.
6. Free WiFi in the property (Unlimited Internet)
7. Flat screen LCD TV with a WiFi! Satellite channels
8. Washing-machine and an ironing board
9. A huge wardrobe and storage space
10. The coffee-table transforming into a laptop-friendly working space or a large dining table
11. Very quiet area, no noise and dust coming from the street, cars as our apartment doesn't face a busy street which guarantees a better quality sleep
