Great location!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The home is in a great location, close to many amenities. The waterpark/splash pad was great + the home is quite close, less than a 5 minute walk away. Check in was a breeze and the property manager is quick to answer any questions. Be sure to bring your own pantry items such as garbage bags, paper towels, dish rags, dish soap, cleaning spray etc. Our only complaint would be the cleanliness of the home. The bathrooms + linens were clean and fresh, however everywhere you looked you could see dust and grime - the home is in dire need of a deep clean. We had friends staying in the same community and it was much, much cleaner.

Lots of space. Close to walk to the main pool area and basketball. No issues with parking.

Another Great stay at Windsor at Westside

Host was responsive to issues (missing cookware, mail delivery, etc.) and helpful with resort pool issues. Rooms were spacious and the home is VERY close to the resort (3 minute walk). Nice set-up and home decor. This was our 2nd time staying on Rhodes Street, W@W and we loved it both times. The free arcades at the resort were a huge hit with our son and once the resort pool heating was fixed, everyone loved the pool and splash pad area. The lazy river was pleasant and warm too. Staff at the resort are lovely. The only negative compared to our last stay was that the resort gates are left open every night. We felt safer a few years ago with the guardhouse which is no longer in use. That said, we didn't have any issues, and the area certainly feels safe now that it is built up with resorts. Great stay, great host. We stayed for a full month over the Christmas period. Would stay here again.

Good, but

The house was nice; however it could have been cleaned more (kitchen floor, rugs needed shampooing, lamps were dusty). Only provided two trash bags, one of which was already in the trash can. Needed to use the other to clean trash that was left in the trash bin by previous occupants, was basically told if I wanted more, I had to purchase myself. Quality check needs to be done on whomever is cleaning the house.

The pictures online are deceiving.

The owner of the property needs to paint, buy new blinds, and clean the carpets. The sheets on some of the beds weren't clean. Property needs to maintain the pool area better. What I paid to rent that place it should have been much better kept then what I had checking in. I would not recommend anyone to stay in that property.

Perfect Location

Our trip was amazing, and I would like to thank Stars Vacation for hosting us! We were ideal distance from Disney, Shopping, Entertainment, etc.! Only "observations" I have is the carpet was dirty/dated, and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint both upstairs and downstairs. There were blinds missing in the living room so others could see inside (especially our family we were hiding from. LOL)! The pool didn't appear to be serviced regularly, as there was hair, rubber bands, and green algae inside. It just needed some chlorine and a good brushing (I have a pool). My sister stayed across from us and they had a pool guy come by daily. Those are easy fixes, and didn't alter our trip. So I give a thumbs up and I'd definitely stay here again.

Great property

Love the location. Close to everything but tucked away from it. Our place was right by the community area which we loved We did not enjoy the noisy neighbors that would swim and scream so late into the night. But otherwise it was perfect

House Was As Expected All Smiles For My Family And I

TOO MANY ISSUES

Property had a lot of issues and we regret staying here. The pool door handle was broken making it harder to get into the house from the parking spot. The paint and carpet in home were in very poor condition. The neighbors surrounding the house were VERY loud, all night, even after multiple calls to security and eventually 911. We couldn't sleep any of the nights we were there. It was TERRIBLE. WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOUSE.

Real convenient, close to everything (restaurants, shops and parks.) Would definitely stay here again with my family. Thank you for hosting us for the weekend
