Perfect place for a family

We really loved our stay at this property! There was lots of space for our family of 5, it was super clean, and the pools were fun (but kind of chilly)! We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo - we would stay here again. The view while sitting on the patio is breathtaking. The condo was filled with all the extras which was very helpful because we flew in and couldn't bring a lot. We had a question for the owner and he was very responsive.

Great location and view

This is a very nice ground-level condo with a great view. The kitchen is well-stocked, the floorplan is open with a lovely great room, and the beds are comfortable.

Close to Softball Tournament

Good, central location. Please has good room for a family. Check in and Check out was very easy. Ground floor was a plus with the bags we had.

Beautiful property! Such a well stocked house with lots of extras we didn’t expect (foil/plastic wrap, curling irons, tons of spices, even flour and Pam!). Lots of extra towels and blankets to wrap up in for a movie night! We loved all the pool amenities (short walk to a WARM pool), there was a lovely view from the back porch, and we could mountain bike straight from the unit. Great communication beforehand from the hosts. We will most definitely earmark this one and stay here again!

Great place to stay for a vacation

It was a birthday celebration and we wanted somewhere that could accommodate a group of teenagers at a property with amenities. This property fit the bill perfectly. It was spacious and the bedrooms were large. The host was great at communicating with me when needed. We had everything we needed during our stay. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Home away from home

Wonderful Experience

A wonderful experience! It had every thing we needed. Loved that it was on the ground floor and near our vehicles. Appreciated the labels on the kitchen cabinets and drawers. Only one complaint: Not having access to the closet in the smaller bedroom.

This was perfect! The home was perfect for us and the location was ideal. Close to everything and located on the outside section of the resort so we had a beautiful view from the patio. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need and I loved that they had pool toys and family games there for us to use. There was even a pack-n-play for my 9 month old grandson. Great communication with the owner was another plus. We will be staying there again and highly recommend it!

One of the best experiences we have had with VRBO

We had some complications with the reasons we were going down to St. George the week before our trip. I had to call the property owner, Ryan, several times. He always answered or got right back to me. He was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The condo was better even than we expected. They definitely paid attention to the little details including labeling the kitchen drawers so we knew exactly what was where. We will definitely recommend this property and plan to go back again!!

Great Place

This was a wonderful place to stay. Ryan was quick to give instruction on how to get in and give directions on where to go. The Condo was clean and very well stocked. The location was great. Close to everything and so close to trails,etc. The view was beautiful. It was everything we could ask for. Thanks for a great stay.

Comfortable stay in St. George

Overall the experience was good and convenient in terms of location and amenities. The resort was great with all the essentials you would need. The rooms were clean and spacious. Ceiling are high and made the location feel larger than normal. Great place to stay.

Fun property

we like staying at Las Palmas it’s a great place and we usually stay here when we come to St. George. We love the pool area and playground- The only reason I gave the cleanliness less than perfect was because there were some old baggies of chips under a bed and when we took the couch cushions off to make sure nothing of ours was in there underneath them had old crumbs etc. someone before us must have left their little kids hoodie in one of the drawers because we found that as well ha ha But overall was great!

Nice, relaxing, comfortable. The condo is clean and convenient. It was fully stocked with almost everything you could want including a coffee maker with the coffee grounds and the filters. It’s nice they put the soap shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the shower.

Only 45 minutes to zion, and 90 minutes to Brian Head ski resort, 20 minutes to Mesquite, or 1.5 hours to Vegas, St George offers something for everyone. Come stay with us, and see all that is offered.

Jill and I used to rent Airbnb's in Las Palmas frequently so we thought why not buy our own we did. All the condo's in Las Palmas are different and we waited for the perfect place with an open kitchen and living area, bedrooms that accommodate adults and children and would allow families easy access with out losing any of the views. We love St. George and hope you enjoy your stay with us.

Access to everywhere quickly, great bike routes, awesome ATV trails, and minutes away from Sand Hollow reservoir for those who love to boat or enjoy the beach. St. George has it all, and our place has all the accommodations with 3 pool areas, gym, and the condo has all the amenities. You don't need t pack towels they are provided, all kitchen supplies are for your use, and we even supply washer and dryer for longer term stays. We hope you enjoy your getaway!
