This luxury penthouse unit located on the top floor has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and offers the most stunning views of Anna Maria Sound from the screened in lanai. Just a two minute car ride away from beautiful Anna Maria Island, the pristine white sand beaches and turquoise water await!

Stay for a month and access to club house and club pool, restaurant, walking paths and gym is included. The pool shown in the second picture, splash pad and BBQ area are available to all guests, regardless of length of stay.

Ideally located, this corner top floor condo unit provides the most outdoor privacy from the screened in lanai. No views of neighboring lanais or walls. Accessible by elevator, you will immediately notice the many decorative upgrades and amenities the unit has to offer as you walk through the front door.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, large flat screen TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with double sink vanity and oversized walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, large flat screen TV, small work desk and en-suite bathroom with shower tub combination.

The third bedroom has two single beds, ideal for children, and another third bathroom just outside by the hallway with a shower tub combination.

The living room comfortably seats up to 4 people and the 60" smart TV makes for an enjoyable evening catching up on your favorite shows and watching sporting events. Cable TV and high speed WiFi internet is included.

The kitchen is fully stocked and features stainless steel appliances such as a french door refrigerator, double oven, microwave and a large granite counter-top island with height adjustable chairs. The dining table can seat up to 6 people.

With an eastern exposure, the screened in lanai will make for some breathtaking sunrises while you enjoy your cup of coffee or breakfast. The glass sliding doors to the living room open up almost entirely, transforming the screened-in lanai as an extended living room. In the afternoon, after a long day at the beach, the lanai provides plenty of shade for a relaxing few hours for reading a book, playing a board game, or sipping the occasional tropical cocktail. You can see it all from the lanai, Anna Maria Sound and Robinson Preserve to the East, the Skyway bridge to the North and Anna Maria Island along with the Gulf of Mexico to the Northwest.

The heated resort style pool is just a few steps away and offers plenty of loungers to relax. A BBQ and picnic area along with a playground are right next to the pool.

Beautiful vacation condo

This condo was fantastic for a family get away with the grandparents! Plenty of space for all of us. We loved enjoying our morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the water. My boys thoroughly enjoyed the pool and playground area. The beach chairs and umbrella were useful for our trips to Holmes Beach. It was a quick trip by car to get to the beach, shopping and restaurants on Anna Maria Island. Highly recommend! Very family friendly.

The ‘penthouse’ unit was just as described online and the perfect size for our multi-generational group. Easy, close parking and an elevator definitely help make the stay great. It’s unfortunate that guests can’t access the beach club, however.

The condo had a great location just off the AMI bridge so it was easy, if we wanted, to bike or walk across the bridge and catch the trolley (to avoid traffic). The condo was very secure and has a covered parking spot. The high screened in porch had amazing views, complex was quiet, and just an overall great place to stay for our family of 4.

The Nicest Place

We were pleased with the property and the design of our unit. It was an easy 5 minute drive to Ana Maria Island and a bit further to great restaurants on the island. Also five minutes to Bradenton and about 10 to our daughters wedding venue. It is quiet and serene.

Beautiful Condo with Peaceful View

Our family of 4 felt at home staying in this beautiful condo for a week. The community is so peaceful and amenities were perfectly situated, making it easy to access as we pleased - especially the heated pool, splash pad and playground. Our favorite place was the private screened-in balcony. It was perfect for enjoying the breeze and water view. We felt safe leaving the sliding door open to allow our 4 yr old and 1 yr old to enjoy it while playing. We plan to visit again!

Amazing condo with amazing location!

This beautiful condo is at a wonderful location! It's between Bradenton and Anna Maria Island- it overlooks beautiful waterways and a nature preserve. There is houses as well in the view, but this penthouse view is so pretty! It's so clean, and beautiful high ceilings. With the patio doors open, you get a wonderful breeze. Having three bedrooms and bathrooms with plenty of space for a family to spread out, but also plenty of space for our teens to have a family movie night too! Love this condo!

It was a great experience, very responsible owners. Great property, well maintained, clean, has everything you need and more. The condo is well situated in a safe area, it has nice grounds and there’s good communication with the management team when needed.
