Our beautiful home is located in the heart of East Nashville. Whether driving or walking, we are minutes from Five Points, Downtown/SoBro, Lockeland Springs, Inglewood, Midtown and the Gulch.

The East retreat offers a full line of amenities, including: short walking and driving distances to the hippest places in town, outdoor hot tub, free wireless internet, fully furnished kitchen, washer and dryer, flat screen television, beautiful decor and multiple outdoor seating arrangements on the porch, and decks.

Long Weekend with Friends

Great property!

Perfect location to walk everywhere in 5 points area. Amazing restaurants and bars nearby. We didn’t need a car which is what we wanted. We’d stay at the property again. It was also one of the cleanest properties we’ve ever rented through vrbo!

Great place in a great location

We came for a concert at Nissan. Enjoyed the place very much - it’s well cared for and located in a trendy neighborhood. We would certainly stay here again if we come back to Nashville!

Wonderful Location and Terrific Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Lockland Springs. Terrific location!! The place was super comfortable (even during unseasonably cold weather) and convenient to the restaurants and vintage stores we wanted to visit. Easy check in and out. The property manager is a gem!! Thank you!!

Bachelor Party

Property was exactly as advertised. Cleaning left a little to be desired, but wasn't terrible. Nice location made for quick and cheap Ubers from the airport and downtown. I would stay here again.

Great place to be

The house was great and the process was pretty laid back. Outside was amazing. The bunk beds felt a little unsteady but they were both full size mattresses. Also the other beds were both queens, which was a pleasant surprise. The area was perfect and there were a lot of interesting things to do around. Overall a really great experience!

Pros: Willie was really easy to work with and accommodating. Location is in a good spot. Hot tub works well and holds temp. Cons: The pictures make it look a lot bigger than it is. The bedrooms basically only have room for a bed in them and it’s hard to walk around. There’s no dressers or hangers to put clothes in so you have to live out of a suitcase in the living room. You have to buy your own; garbage bags, laundry detergent, dryer sheets and some cooking utensils.

Fantastic experience!

We rented this for a group of four to celebrate a birthday. It is so close to food and bars. We were able to get downtown easily (I would suggest an Uber to save money on parking). It was comfy and extremely well decorated. We felt at home. Willie, the property manager, was the absolute best. He was hospitable and so kind. We would stay here any time!

Great place, wouldn't recommend walking

This is a great house. 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The outdoor area is more than sufficient. You can absolutely walk to Aldi/Kroger. Beyond that, you'll want to take Uber/Lyft.

Great location

Down side...the backyard and jacuzzi is shared with others in the house. Had a loud group outside my window until 2am on two different nights. Would not stay here again.

Nashville trip

Enjoyed stay in Nashville near five points which was perfect. Place was clean and nice. Only downside is not being aware sharing house and yard space.

So convenient and had everything we needed (and more)!

This home was so convenient to downtown and Nissan stadium. It was less then 10 minutes from leaving the house to being parked and on our way. It was also a very inexpensive Uber ride. Willie met us to check us in, gave a tour and explained "the rules"- with the most important to "have fun." The home had all we needed, and even more. The hot tub was a nice late night feature. All bathrooms had more than sufficient towels and even hair products! Kitchen had all we needed as well. And, there was very little we had to do before leaving. All in all, it was a great property and exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

Nice house and location

Six of us came to Nashville for a bachelor party and stayed at the house for a weekend. It's conveniently located close to bars and restaurants in East Nashville and it's only a short ride away from the downtown. Willie (the property manager) was helpful throughout.

Nice place

I stayed at the property with 6 guys for a bachelor party. The 3 bedrooms unit was nice and clean. Back yard was great. Hot tub was clean. Couple nice bars and restaurants walking distance from the property and downtown was a $12-15 uber ride. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great location, nice stay

Pleasant property in a convenient location - close to 5 Points and restaurants and bars, but still quiet. Convenient on-street parking available. Would recommend.
