The property was near everything, you could walk to the beach and 5th ave for all the food and shops. Plus it was an $8 cab ride to the pier to take a ferry to Cozumel which was amazing. Only drawback was how to access the property there was only one key and it made it a little inconvenient for a friends group.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a great time at this rental. It is located near the beach and 5th ave. The pool was a good time and the staff were very accommodating. Only drawback was how you accessed the property there was only 1 key and to lock the property from the inside with that same key made it difficult for a party group of frineds.

No puedo describir lo terrible q fue mi estancia en playa del Carmen. Decidí reservar este lugar por los buenos reviews q tenia. Yo ya había comunicado desde muchos meses antes que ocupaba estar en planta baja porq hiban los abuelos desde ese tiempo me dijeron que híbamos a estar en 4to piso pero q había elevador yo dije bueno esta bien. Así pasaron los meses hasta q por fin llegaron las vacaciones deseadas especialmente para mi hija q cumplía sus 15. Llegamos cansadísimos al aeropuerto después de manejar todo un día para Monterrey sin parar y el otro día para Cancún en aeropuerto llegamos finalmente alrededor de las 5pm cuando recibo un mensaje de la chica que nuestro cuarto no está listo que tenia una fuga de agua y q no le era posible arreglarla ya que nos tenia q acomodar en otro lugar yo me quede en shock dije no puede ser posible siempre hemos rentado con vrbo y nunca había sucedido algo así pero ya estábamos cansados queríamos solo llegar a alojarnos fatal e lugar gente muy rara en la piscina solo olía a cigarro los cuartos en segundo y tercer piso subir con maletas inmediatamente le dije a la chica que no nos híbamos a quedar allí a lo que nos mandó a otro lugar q estaba enfrente de donde se suponía nos híbamos a quedar. Finalmente nos alojamos allí ya teníamos mucha hambre y cansados no teníamos otra opción donde reserve originalmente era un rotundo no y la chica hasta me dijo q si queríamos q si no nos reembolsaba nuestro dinero que podíamos hacer

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Oceana Residences is a beautiful, clean complex in a perfect location to the beach and Quinta Avenida. The condo unit was very clean and the pool was awesome. The staff and host were very hospitable. There were only two problems: There was only one physical key for the entry door which had to be locked from the inside or outside to enter and leave and there were no closets to use in two of the bedrooms. The washer and dryer was very helpful and super close to Mamitas Beach Club.

Great Stay

Very clean and safe. Beds were comfy and apartment was well supplied (for the most part). Managers very easy to deal with - and great location (easy access to everything)....ended up extending my stay longer than anticipated. Everything was very good - just wished for a little more supplies (i.e toilet paper and laundry detergent)....overall, 5/5.

Oceana Residences is a perfect mix of action & relaxation. I love it. It’s modern, comfortable beds, clean, excellent service and great price. When I want to go to Playa Del Carmen, 5th Ave, I will return.
