Phoenix VII est un condo en front de mer Ă  Orange Beach, en Alabama. Les vues panoramiques sur le golfe du Mexique, le col Perdido et les 32 km de plages de sable blanc sont Ă  couper le souffle.

Ce condo de 3 chambres / 2 salles de bains est situĂ© au 9Ăšme Ă©tage et dispose d’un balcon privĂ© donnant sur le golfe, accessible depuis le salon et la chambre principale. Cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, laveuse / sĂ©cheuse et tout le confort de la maison. Tous les nouveaux meubles, nouvelle coupe de cuir, nouveau dosseret et peinture, tous les nouveaux matelas et draps.

Les équipements sur place comprennent: piscines intérieure et extérieure, piscine pour enfants, bains à remous et sauna, centre de fitness, court de tennis éclairé, terrain de raquette, gazebos et barbecues au charbon.

En construction: les photos du condo récemment rénové seront disponibles au plus tard le 21 juin.

It was great! The condo had a wonderful view of the ocean. We watched dolphins every morning from the balcony. It was roomy and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay here, and it was amazing both times. Comfortable, clean, great views, family friendly, spacious, fully stocked kitchen, great linens and towels, comfy beds. Indoor and outdoor heated pool, and of course pristine beach. We love it here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Family Beach Trip

This is a great rental. The condo is very clean, and can accommodate many people although we only had 3. The communication with the owner was excellent. The linens and towels were top quality! Excellent beach front view. Would stay there again!

Wonderful Views

This condo is just as described. Wonderful 9th floor view, very clean property. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast for our family of 6.Communication with host was great and responsive. Only thing I would share is that there is no soap or shampoo in the bathrooms, so it will need to brought with you. Typically there is at least a travel size provided, just in case you get in late and have not been to the store yet. That did not stop us from having a great time. Great beach location and very clean property.

Baseball trip/ vacation

We came for a baseball trip but it felt like a vacation. Condo has every supply you need and then some. It felt like home for a week. The beds are comfortable the towels are plush and the kitchen has every thing you need for homeCooked meals. The complex is at a great location and has several amenities for the days you cannot go to the beach,

It was a typical on the beach vacation spot! It was centrally located and the beach was not overly crowded. The pool area was great for all ages. There were at times too much noise at night and had the feel of Spring Break with loud music and hearing the noise in the condos around us. Overall it was a nice place l!

One of the best at Orange Beach

We love this condo. Its our second year to stay here. The condo is very clean, comfortable and plenty of room for our crew to hang out. There is a great view of the beach from the balcony. Plenty of restaurants and shopping are close by. The owners are very responsive and easy to work with. We will be back next year!
