Phoenix VII 1410 is a 1,064 sq ft condo on the 14th floor in Orange Beach. Located on the beach, this 2bed/2bath condo will sleep 8 guests and offers gorgeous views of the sandy white beaches and Perdido Pass.

As you enter the condo, the guest bedroom is off of the entry to your left. This bedroom is comfortably furnished with two full size beds, TV and features a full en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Continuing into the condo, the open floor plan provides plenty of room for relaxing indoors or spending time together preparing meals in the full-size kitchen, stocked with the basic cooking essentials. Off of the living room is the main bedroom furnished with a king-size bed, TV and also has direct access onto the balcony. The main bedroom has a full en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. For convenience during your stay, there is a washer and dryer in the condo.

While visiting Phoenix VII, you will have access to the indoor and outdoor pools, racquet ball, tennis and pickleball courts, sauna, gym, common areas with books and boardgames as well as a coffee bar. There is also a common grilling area with outdoor seating. Everything needed to enjoy a fun and relaxing stay!

A BONUS for this condo is that you'll have a reserved and covered parking space.

Phoenix VII is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, marinas and family fun in Orange Beach! Only a 5-minute drive to the famous Flora-Bama, 10 minutes to The Wharf, 10 minutes to The Hangout in Gulf Shores and only 20 minutes to Tanger Outlets in Foley.

It's a nice facility that's extremely clean and well maintained. The balcony view is awesome and the other amenities on site are nice too.

Overall the stay was good. The host was very responsive, cleanliness was as expected. The beds were quite high so I wish I would’ve brought a stool for the little ones. The outdoor pool was closed for repairs the majority of our stay, but we were able to use the pool next door. The view was amazing.

The condo was very clean and in good shape. The interior had been updated recently with new painting. Check-in was quick and easy and Heather did a great job of making sure we had all the info we needed ahead of time. The beach was beautiful and the beach access was family friendly. The indoor heated pool was also a nice bonus! We had a fantastic stay and will be back.

Love Phoenix 7 and the condo we stayed in and the parking in the parking garage. Beautiful beach, just wish we would have had better weather.

Great place

This condo was great for our family of 4. Great communication and was even able to check in a little early. The dryer was a little squeaky when on which made it difficult to sleep/talk. The view was great. Amenities were great. Walking distance to rest and ice cream. The covered parking was also very nice. Would stay here again.

Nice unit, comfortable, good property

Comfortable beds, nice decor, good location. Very nice and huge pool. Building staff are exceptionally friendly. Needs a few basic items like oven mitts, a dust pan and broom, and the dryer is needing some work. We let the company know, so hopefully those will be taken care of.

The blinds was broken in the living room and bed room . The refrigerator had mold in the ice could not use it. Couldn’t us the stove would not get hot. It needs a up grade for the price I paid. Only thing I loved about it was the beach front it was amazing.
