One bedroom apartment immediately available for rent in La Carihuela (Torremolinos), on the Costa Del Sol (Malaga). This apartment is only a 3 minute walk from the beach and 10 minute drive from Malaga International Airport, less than 1 mile to Torremolinos city centre (San Miguel promenade), and a short walk to La Carihuela promenade and the yacht-port Benalmadena Puerto Marina. Amazing location! Great value for money!

The Apartment
Ideally located in a gated building with communal pool and gardens, this 42m2 one bedroom apartment is fully furnished and has a fitted kitchen, a very comfortable living room including a brand new three-seater sofa bed (135 cms), one bedroom with two single beds (90 cms each), a bathroom, two built in wardrobes and private terrace fitted with sun loungers with table and chairs to make the most of the Spanish lunch followed by a siesta. Ideally it can accommodate up to three adults or a family with up to two children. It has all mods and cons including fresh linen, bedding and towels provided for your stay, iron and ironing board, washing machine, TV, all kitchen appliances including electric stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer, ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. Pizza maker is provided to replace the oven which does not work. Old-style furnitures.

The Area
The apartment is ideally located to explore the beautiful beaches and many theme parks and exciting activities available on the Costa del Sol. On the doorstep are loads of shops, restaurants and bars so you will have your choice of cuisine. It is only a 3 minute walk from La Carihuela promenade and the beach and a 5 minute walk from the yacht-port Benalmadena Puerto Marina which offers additional shops, bars, bus stops and taxi ranks, restaurants and an array of boat trips to explore the Mediterranean. Locally there are numerous attractions such as the Torremolinos waterpark, Tivoli World amusement park, Sealife, La Paloma park. If you are looking for a great spot to explore the Costa del Sol then look no further. Although clean the apartment was badly in need of maintenance and repair, particularly the bathroom. The shower was very small and surrounded by a curtain, with no safety mat and no where to put shower gel etc. bedroom small with very little storage space and the bed partially blocking the bathroom/toilet door. Kitchen very small only room for one person. On the plus side lounge and dining area ok good WiFi. Although on ground level it is in no way suitable for anyone disabled.

Muy mejorable

Buena ubicación y un buen precio, pero carece de aire acondicionado, no hay mampara en el plato de ducha, el sofá cama tiene muy gastado el colchón, los armarios estan ocupados con enseres, y ropa de cama y apenas hay sitio para ordenar lo q uno lleva, la encimera del fregadero está muy deteriorada. En general el apartamento necesita un buen repaso. Como contraprestación decir q de las cosas de uso diario, como puede ser sal, aceite, champú detergente, etc.... habia de todo Pero insisto que la propiedad ha sido muy amable y el precio era ajustadito.

Ubicación genial pero en la casa hay falta de cuidados, se ve que es antigua y no ha reformado mucho

La nevera apenas enfría y el congelador tiene exceso de hielo y no cierra bien y gotea, y el sofá cama del salón es bastante incómodo.

El apartamento tiene varias carencias.... las fotos del anuncio no se semejan a la realidad. Nevera pequeña, que tuvimos que tirar comida por no enfriar lo suficiente, la ducha sin mampara, la terraza sin césped, la mesa del comedor se movia mucho y no tenia estabilidad, el sofa cama, para dormir una semana fatal.... por no hablar de la agencia. Tuvimos un percance en la carretera, veníamos desde Zaragoza (mas de 8 horas de viaje) y se nos encendio la luz de motor. Llegabamos a tiempo de sobra y nos cobraron los 20 euros de la agencia por llegar a las 15:00 despues de tenrr que esperar a la grua y un taxi que nos llevara a torremolinos desde Jaen .... siendo que la hora de entrada que pone en el anuncio es a las 16:00 y luego resulta ser las 14:00, sino te cobra la agencia 20 euros por disponibilidad.... muy poca consideracion la verdad.... y luego muy poca explicacion del alojamiento. 20 euros muy bien ganados porque el dia de la salida ni vinieron a recoger las llaves.. .. Mala experiencia

Vacaciones muy agradables

Esta muy bien ubicado. Cerca de la playa y de las zonas se ocio. El apartamento es pequeño pero tiene de todo , esta muy limpio y la zona es tranquila. El personal muy agradable. La unica pega , que el sofá cama es un pelin incómodo. Hemos estado muy agusto

Tiny, not suitable for older people, or people with disabilities. Listing photo of kitchen showed an oven, when switched on all electricity switched off, owner said not to be used. Artificial grass is a trip hazard because it is torn in several areas. Dining table legs wobbly and look water damaged. The coffee table top was all damaged. How the bedroom was laid out made it very difficult to get into the bathroom as the room was so small.

Hemos pasado unos días muy buenos. El alojamiento es pequeño pero para una familia no está nada mal. Lo mejor que tiene es la terraza. La ubicación perfecta, muy cerca del puerto Marina y de la playa. Cálidad precio muy buena.

Buena ubicación, urbanización muy tranquila, muy buena comunicación tanto con el propietario como con la chica de la inmobiliaria, muy bien ya que te dejan productos básicos y de limpieza, toallas y sábanas limpias, única pega mobiliario viejo y lo más importante el apartamento no estaba limpio a la entrada, fundamental sobre todo ahora con el Covid

Very nice apartment

We stayed two weeks at this apartment. This apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is literally a 5-minute walk to the beach, local shops, bus routes and only 15m minutes by taxi from Malaga Airport We enjoyed our stay at this apartment it had excellent facilities as listed on the website. However, it is small apartment, but it will suit two adults and young child. Should we return to this area of Spain in the future we would check if this apartment is available
