Lämna din bil i uppfarten för hela din vistelse! Familjevänligt hem med 4 sovrum 1 och 1/2 badrum ligger precis utanför Main Street på en lugn återvändsgränd. Gå till restauranger, shopping, strand, Falmouth Harbour och Island Queen Ferry för dagsutflykter till Martha's Vineyard. Mindre än en mil till mållinjen för Falmouth Road Race och nära Shining Sea Bike Trail. Gratis vagn till Woods Hole är bara ett stenkast bort.

Den första våningen har ett halvt badrum från köket, ett drottning sovrum, ett ljust vardagsrum med en full bäddsoffa, fullt utrustat kök med en solig frukostkrog med utsikt över den vackra anlagda trädgården och uteplatsen. Utanför köket finns matsalen med plats för 8 bekvämt. I hallen finns ett sovrum med 1 enkelsäng. Upp spiraltrappa till andra våningen där det finns ett drottning sovrum och ett extra sovrum med 1 enkelsäng.

Den bakre uteplatsen utanför köket är privat med både soliga och skuggiga områden att koppla av. Gasgrill, 2 uteplatsstolar, 1 solstol, 2 bord med parasoller med sammanlagt 10 platser. Två upphöjda trädgårdar är planterade med örter och körsbärstomater för din nöje (under säsongen)! Avslutad utomhusdusch är ett uppfriskande sätt att svalka efter en varm dag på stranden. Njut av ett livligt spel med ping pong eller bean bag bagg på gräsmattan efter middagen eller bara koppla av och njuta av tystnaden i udden.

Harbour Heights strandhus är idealiskt beläget strax utanför Main Street - borta från liv och rörelse men tillräckligt nära för att kunna promenera till restauranger och butiker. Falmouth Heights Beach ligger mindre än en mil bort. Njut av lugnet i Falmouth Harbour, bara ett kvarter bort. Island Queen Ferry för dagsutflykt till Martha's Vineyard ligger bara ett kvarter bort. Det finns en gratis vagn cirka en halv mil bort vid Falmouth Mall som reser till och från Woods Hole med drop offs och pickups längs vägen. Ta med cyklar och kryssning längs Shining Sea Bike Path. Se Falmouth Road Race på Mile 6 eller gå till mållinjen och se löparna när de passerar.

The house was clean and very well stocked with all the necessities for a week vacation. Lots of space for a family of eight including three children. Plenty of parking. My granddaughter enjoyed the outside shower very much. We will definitely stay there again.

Perfect location

We loved being able to all watch movies, eat outside, enjoy corn hole and firepit together. Walking distance to downtown shops, pizza, beach was a bonus.

There for family wedding ! 3- children significant others and great grandma 4 generations loved it! Backyard was like oasis with birds and baby bunnies coffee tasted exceptional this place had everything include toys beach stuff and bug spray it was awesome! We all had a fab time and are thinking of doing trip every two years location location location;) easy walk to shops also pizza / bar literally 100 ft away !!

Abdul’s home was the perfect location for me to show my southern friends a true Cape Cod summer. The house was spacious, immaculately clean and so comfortably furnished. The included equipment for the beach and outdoor activities was the cherry on top! I couldn’t think of anything it was missing. Abdul’s communication was timely, thorough, and helpful at all times. We cannot thank you enough for our stay!

We had a great experience here, would definitely recommend! The house was super well equipped and had everything we needed for a great Cape weekend - plenty of beach towels, kitchenware, parking was easy, great backyard. Abdul was super helpful and communicative. The living room is a great hang out space, tons of comfy couches and good AC throughout.

Wonderful property and location for family gathering.

Our family of 8 adults and 2 small children stayed in this lovely home for 5 nights. The owners were kind and helpful, and the property spotless. The backyard is an oasis for the family to gather, and restaurants, beaches and bike paths are close by. We couldn’t have asked for anything more for our family vacation!

We had a great stay! It’s about a 15 minute walk to the beach or a 3 minute drive. Falmouth Heights Beach is perfect. Calm water, clean shore, not too crowded (at least in late June). Abdul and Jana were super responsive to all our questions and needs. We really utilized the grill and outdoor space and were barely inside which was perfect. You’re right next to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard which is great but you’re also right next to their parking lot which thankfully is very quiet! The fitness center next door at times provided some great music during their outdoor workouts lol. Overall a great stay and would return!

property is large and easily accommodated our small family. In addition, it is very well stocked so we could stay in to cook meals or grill outside. It was super nice to have a couple bikes to use and we didn’t really even need bikes ‘cause the property is in the absolutely best location. Easy walk to beach, downtown and harbor. Some parts of the property are a little tired, but it is clean and very well equipped. Great place for our stay.

Labor Day trip + Nantucket

Perfect location!

Great location! We were here for Falmouth road race weekend and it was the perfect spot! Two families stayed and enough room for both. Property management were easy to contact and quick to respond! Clean and comfortable home!

Great spot for a group

Had a great time. Perfect spot for 5-10 people. Easy walk to the harbor and main street and a short drive to several beaches. Communication was easy. Would stay here again and will reccomend to friends.

Lovely and Relaxing

Every summer we curl in the Cape Cod Curling Club Summerspiel. We are a team of four and one extra person. We decided to find a home where we could all have plenty of space to rest and relax in between games. This home had plenty of space to do that and we spent each night relaxing around the outside fire pit talking about our day - our wins and our losses, our sightseeing adventures, and what seafood we ate that day! The house had EVERYTHING we needed - we lacked for nothing. Home was very clean, the bedrooms were lovely, and the kitchen had everything needed to make the few meals we had there. The owner/operator was highly responsive to any questions and requests we had. And the welcome gifts were a pleasant surprise!! The only thing I would mention to others for their information is that there is no bathroom on the second floor. There are two lovely bathrooms on the first floor. I highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to have a home away from home experience!! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Home away from Home

This house is very convenient to the beach, the ferry and local businesses. The property manager Abdul went above and beyond to be helpful to our family. When we had a family emergency he was on site within minutes to help! We have stayed at many VRBO properties and the kitchen in this one was more fully furnished than any other we have stayed. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect home away

Jana was an absolute delight to work with - friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond. Check-in instructions were super clear and straightforward. We were a large group of women and we had lots of spaces to sleep! the outdoor space is perfect for gathering (easy room for 10 people) with the fire pit and patio furniture. Easy 10ish minute walk to the beach through a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood. Can't recommend this house more highly.

Amazing stay!

Recently stayed here for 4 nights in June 2024, we had an excellent time! The place was super clean and was so spacious, both inside and outside. The backyard is perfect for grilling/lawn games etc. The house was stocked with beach/bath towels and beach chairs! It is truly a prime location because we were able to walk to the beach, downtown and the MV ferry - such a huge benefit.

Falmouth Wedding Weekend

My family of 4 shared this home with my sister's family of 5. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed being within walking distance to Falmouth Heights beach and other family staying nearby. The house was clean with plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. The fenced in backyard was so nice and it was fun to use the firepit for with everyone. There was some issue with the hot water but the property manager was very attentive and addressed it right away. Thank you for a wonderful time!
