Property was perfect for our family vacation. The proximity to the beach was excellent. We enjoyed the daily sunrise each morning. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Host was great and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Couldn’t be happier with this experience.

The condo was just as listed, with exceptional view of the beach. Being the 3rd floor corner unit felt very private and inclusive. Easy access to the beach and centrally located to restaurants, shopping and activities. We came down late September and still enjoyed the weather without the crowds. Shaded, exclusive parking under the condos was a plus and easy in and out to the road. The pool was clean and refreshing to swim after being on the beach. This was a great stay and I would highly recommend.

Brent is an amazing host. This condo is outstanding in every way! Breathtaking ocean view from the moment you walk in the door - Fall asleep with the moon outside your window. Wake up to see the sunrise, from your pillow. Immaculate, quiet, comfortable, soothing decor with relaxation being the focus. I can't wait to go back next year. We had a WONDERFUL time at the beach condo. It was clean and had all the kitchen supplies we needed. Right on the beach and great for our morning coffee. We will definitely be back soon

Had a wonderful stay at Brent’s condo! It was so comfortable, extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The oceanfront views are spectacular! We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, admiring the view from the balcony, and hearing the sounds of the ocean. The location is perfect and close to great restaurants and local piers. Brent is a great host, highly recommend his property.

The host was wonderful, accommodating and helpful. The unit is lovely; cozy, thoughtfully decorated and has everything you need. The bed is super comfy and the view is amazing. I was up every morning for the stunning sunrises.

We had a wonderful, comfy stay. The location was perfect to go right out on the beach or go to a restaurant. The balcony was the perfect spot to watch the sunrise with a coffee. Felt like home!

Other than the 3 floor walkup, this was a absolutely amazing place to stay at. Very clean, ocean front views (which we saw Dolphins swimming by... Made the trip the best part of the trip). Great in responding to questions. Side note... I stupidly forgot my watch there. My best mate gave me that and it had meaning behind it. When I contacted Brett about said watch he told me his cleansing staff found it and returned it to his personal home. He asked me for my home address and promptly put it in the mail so I can have it back. Top notch bloke Brett is. Would love to stay here again in the space is available. Kudos to his cleaning staff who are honest in returning things left behind. That's hard to find in these times.
