L'ensemble de l'appartement privĂ© (1200 pieds carrĂ©s) au-dessus de cette maison historique Ă  Tarpon Springs Fl. est Ă  vous de profiter. SituĂ© Ă  quelques minutes de certaines des plus belles plages du pays. Promenez-vous dans notre cĂ©lĂšbre village grec et goĂ»tez aux meilleurs plats de fruits de mer et de cuisine grecque du monde. Cette maison est Ă  quelques pas de Spring Bayou oĂč vous pouvez regarder les lamantins s'Ă©battre dans l'eau. Une courte promenade vous mĂšnera Ă©galement Ă  notre quartier des antiquaires ou au village grec oĂč vous pourrez faire des emplettes ou manger Ă  votre guise. Cette maison appartement est situĂ© dans un quartier calme et comprend deux chambres Ă  coucher, salon, cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, une salle de bain, une grande terrasse privĂ©e pour bronzer. Il y a une entrĂ©e privĂ©e au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage. Il y a des escaliers pour accĂ©der Ă  l'appartement afin que certains handicapĂ©s puissent avoir du mal Ă  naviguer. Une chambre a un lit Queen size confortable et l'autre a un lit complet confortable. Nous pouvons vous fournir un lit gonflable si vous avez besoin d'un espace de couchage supplĂ©mentaire pour votre famille. Les attractions Ă  proximitĂ© incluent Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, le baseball de Ray, le football Buckeneer, deux heures Ă  destination de Disney et de toutes les attractions d'Orlando. The apartment was very cozy. We liked that it was close to downtown & also within walking distance of the sponge docks & all the shops! Our host had everything we needed to cook a nice turkey breast for our Thanksgiving meal. We would definitely stay there again!

This is a beautiful, very well maintained historical property, with modern amenities that don’t take away from the historical charm of the home. It’s located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood walking distance to downtown, and the hosts were easy to reach if we had needed them. We will definitely be staying here again.

What a great location to move around Tarpon Springs. The property was being worked on from previous hurricane damage and the owners and workers were totally respectful. My wife and I are looking forward to our next stay.

Golf at Innisbrook

I was there to play in a USamTour golf tournament at innisbrook resort. The apartment was a perfect place to spend. The two days. Clean, comfortable and convenient-just a 10 minute drive to the golf course. I enjoyed the comfortable apartment and peaceful location.

Lovely home, excellent location!

You can't go wrong with this place! It's clean, comfortable, has a great patio, and the hosts are great communicators! It's location is such that you can walk many places and ride bikes. Loved that the park was a block away too!

Very nice location, well kept. Off street parking. Upstairs apartment neat, clean, quiet and comfortable. Enjoyed the literature that was available to learn about the area. We were able to walk a few blocks to the downtown area. Too far of a walk for us to the Sponge Docks, but only a few minutes drive.

Great location, friendly neighborhood with great walking and biking. Felt safe, Easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. Cant say enough about John & Linda they have a lovely place we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable stay

Near downtown district and a short bicycle (provided by property owner) ride to the sponge harbor. Comfortable accommodations and very nice rooftop patio.

Perfect little place for a getaway

We loved the quiet location, amenities, cleanliness and HUGE rooftop deck. Super easy walk to Spring Bayou, Tarpon Ave, or the Sponge Docks... Owners are beyond accomodating and make everything so easy. We will absolutely stay here again.

Gorgeous character property in quaint neighbourhood

Very comfortable stay in a super quiet neighbourhood close to downtown restaurants and 20 minutes walk from the Sponge docks. Sheets were super soft and lots of space to relax including a very large outside roof terrace. Good off street parking and easy to find

Lovely Apartment in the middle of everything.

My husband and I really enjoyed out stay at this property. Clean & updated, loaded with everything we needed to be comfortable. Close to downtown and the owners made sure we could find plenty to do while there. Neighborhood was quiet and the rooftop porch was beautiful in the evening. We would visit again!

What a Greek time!

The property was just as described in a quiet neighborhood great for walking to two coffee shops and several gift stores. We enjoyed the Sponge docks, Greek restaurants and Howard Park for sunset. We would like to visit again!

We provide a very clean and comfortable vacation spot in a quiet neighborhood close to just about everything. We enjoy traveling, water sports, and just plain relaxing.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This property is located in a quiet historic neighborhood close to beaches, shopping, antique hunting, restaurants, and miles of bike trails. We are close to several Golf courses, and wonderful parks. Tennis courts and boat launch are only 1 block away. We have a very famous Greek Village within walking distance with many fine restaurants. It's like taking a trip to Greece.
