Loved the suite and the parking! However, the elevator started going out on our last two days. It was a little spooky being dropped a few inches. The rooms were great and we loved the balcony was prefect.

Loved the 2 story condo that was just across the street from the beach and 2 doors down from the grocery store. And restaurants a short walk away. We would stay again!!!

Paradise!

It is a fabulous location! Morning coffee and evening cocktails on the deck that overlooks the Intercoastal water way and the beach is out the door and across the street. Views of the beach from the kitchen and some of the upstairs. Boardwalk, restaurants, and tiki bars within walking distance. Short drive to many other good restaurants and John’s Pass. We also enjoyed the par 3 hole golf course at the nearby park and Smugglers mini golf near John’s Pass. Our accommodations were great for our family and it was very clean. We stayed last year in the same building and also loved it but we needed different sleeping accommodations for our three single adult kids. This unit provided that. The pool is spacious and very clean. If we decide not to try another part of Florida, we will hopefully return to the same place. The only complaint is there was not an iron in the unit.

Fun getaway with family!

This property was just as advertised. Straight shot access to the beach and has a nice pool area right on the bay waters. We all enjoyed both very much. The condo had plenty of space for our adult family and it was close walk to shops, groceries, restaurant and entertainment. Everyone had a great time and it was a blessing to spend the time with my family in one condo!

Great Spot for a Family Vacation

We stayed for spring break in March 2022 with 6 people total: 2 kids (6yrs), 2 adults, & grandparents and really enjoyed our stay. We’d rate it a 4.5, but gave it a 5 since our concerns were pretty small and could easily be solved by the host providing some daily use items. Pros: Great location on the intercostal, right next to the crosswalk to the beach. Short drive to both St. Pete Beach and Madeira Beach. The beach was never too busy either since there aren’t any “large” resorts nearby, could find plenty of open space even during spring break. It had beach chairs, cooler, & a few other beach supplies in the closet. Nice small pool with bathrooms and plenty of seats. The condo had plenty of space and we loved the layout with 3 total bathrooms. Enjoyed watching the sunrise from the back deck. 1 assigned parking spot. Cons: There was only travel size bars of hand soap in the bathrooms, and basically nothing else for daily use. No shampoo, no Laundry Detergent, no cooking supplies like salt & pepper or cooking oil. We’ve had these available in all other rentals we’ve stayed in. So we had to stock for the week upon arrival. Had we known, we would’ve at least brought our own shampoo. It’s almost like the cleaning company completely empties the condo of reusable items between guests, maybe a COVID thing, but seems excessive. A beach umbrella would also be an easy upgrade. Overall, we really enjoyed the condo and our stay, and would definitely stay at 404 again.

Online pictures weren’t accurate. Place is dirty, carpet stained, a/c not working. Balcony was so small…did not stay.

Great property!

We loved our stay here over spring break. Perfect size for our family of 5 and was very clean. Great location to restaurants and quick walk across the street to the beach. Pool was great as well. No bells and whistles but very clean and had plenty of chairs and restrooms at the pool. Would have liked a few more beach amenities (boogie boards, wagon to transport items to the beach) and an ice maker would have been more convenient. But otherwise we loved it. Would definitely stay again

Fantastic condo

Fantastic condo and location

I loved the condo and the location!! The beach is just across the street and there is a crosswalk in front front of the building. It was very clean when we arrived. I will definitely book here again next year!!

Surgery Recovery

We stayed a little over 2 weeks for surgery and post op recovery. Location and convenience was perfect for proximity to offices and hospital. A little more attention to detail would be nice. We bought a blender and blankets and left them. January and not a single blanket was a little surprising. The sofas win the title of most uncomfortable ever and the glass top for the coffee table is missing so if you put your drink on top it will fall through. Overall it was a good place to stay and we enjoyed the convenience. We had no contact with the property manager except we received instructions by Email prior to arrival with the door code.

Great for a family!

We loved the property the pool and the short distance to everything! Friendly hints: Crock pot, better knives, hot pads, serving bowls and spoons. Hair dryer, iron, more beach towels. Fix coffee table.
