Hosts were accommodating with an early check-in.The place was clean & hospitality was A. It was the perfect space for our group of 8 to send a long weekend together in Nash!There are a number of common area spaces for the whole group to hang out. There is some privacy as well with how the bedroom/bathrooms are laid out.Close walk to Vandy/Midtown. Long walk, or quick ride to Broadway!100% would recommend!Thank you for having us!

This townhouse was well appointed and VERY comfortable. It was the perfect stay for my friends and I. We loved the set up and the location was perfect - right near Vanderbilt's campus as well as many local bars and restaurants.

Rooftop Dream

This spacious and luxurious townhouse was very comfortable for our family of four adults. We were working hard moving our daughter to an apartment for grad school in serious heat, so it was delightful to relax and chill in this VRBO.

We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was perfect for our group of 9 people. Good location for going to downtown and touring Nashville. The owner was very responsive to any issues we had which were very minor.

Fantastic Property

Really beautiful property with lots of room for everyone to have their space. The management team was in constant contact to ensure everything was perfect and it was! I will be back.Very close proximity to town and local attractions. We walked to town twice and it is a really easy walk and relatively flat. The owners left suggestions for places to visit, snacks and a fully stocked house with sugar, utensils, coffee etc. Thanks for having us!

Great home for a girls weekend. Incredibly quiet and well equipped. Enjoyed Nashville with a relaxing home to come back to each evening. Owners were also responsive and accommodating!

Place has it all!

Great stay for a family reunion! House is exactly as advertised and the hosts provide so many extras like treats, chips, water, coffee, etc!! We were only there a couple of nights and didn’t need to run out for much. Beds are comfortable and the ear plugs and sound machines were a nice touch! Thanks for a great stay and the memories!
