Este condominio en el último piso ubicado en la esquina noroeste del edificio está perfectamente ubicado para ver el atardecer y contemplar la playa. El balcón privado da a la piscina estilo centro turístico (uno de dos) y es lo suficientemente espacioso para cenar, tomar una copa por la noche o tomar un café por la mañana.

Con una cama King en la suite principal, una cama Queen en el segundo dormitorio y un sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar, hay mucho espacio para toda la familia. Complemente eso con la cómoda sala de estar, la cocina completa y el amplio comedor, y el condominio está bien preparado para algunos recuerdos fabulosos de Florida.

There was work being done outside our door the whole stay. They set up some machine grinding or sand blasting concrete. Painting the hall outside our door. One day had the option of walking through dust and the loud grinding machine going one way or through painters the other way. Elevators were blocked and were in use to move workers equipment. They were working on fire alarms so we had to leave and stand on beach for about 30 minutes another night. Cords across side walks and down stairs we had to make sure not to trip on. We were traveling with an infant so this all was very inconvenient. There was never anything mentioned when booking about this going on.

The condo was clean, comfy with fabulous views! It is convenient (within walking distance) to everything. There was very loud construction on the south wing while we were there. The amazing thing was that we really couldn’t hear it inside the condo when the door was closed. We would come back in a heartbeat.

The original place we rented was under construction when we arrived, so we had to move twice to find something acceptable. The unit we landed in had a beautiful view, but it was dirty (especially the floors), and the beds were not comfortable. I would not rent that unit again.

The unit was well kept and had all necessities that were needed. The balcony had incredible views of the pool and beach along with the ocean. The pools were clean and water was a great temperature. We loved having leftover toys and beach towels in the room for the kids to enjoy on the beach. Overall, great experience and vacation!

We stayed late Sept into Oct and had a wonderful vacation as a family of 3. It was the perfect size condo with direct access to the beach and very well maintained resort style pool areas.We had beautiful sunsets every night and enjoyed the on site cafe for lunch one day which was surprisingly good! And the on site bar for drinks at the pool.The beach is absolutely beautiful, not covered in seaweed like many Florida beaches. Our unit had a couple beach chairs, an umbrella we never ended up using and plenty of beach toys. All a nice bonus. Unit was just as pictured in the listing and beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and extra blankets if needed. Also each room has a fan which we can’t sleep without. They start you with a roll of paper towels and some toilet paper but we needed to purchase more. Publix is a 4 minute drive away. It was a great stay and we will be coming back!

We came back this year it was so good

This is our second time staying at Sunset Vistas in this particular unit. We absolutely fell in love with Treasure Island and love the resort feel of this place. The condo has everything we needed to prepare breakfasts and lunches. We eat out for dinners. There were beach toys and beach chairs to use. There were also beach towels. My husband and I just prefer larger towels and bring one of our own but they were great for the kids. The washer and dryer we don’t use for much but usually one small load. We always wash the beach towels. The dryer is nice for your wet pool items. My kids are small enough to share the bed in the spare room so it works. Wi-Fi was so much better this year, perfect! Lots of channels on the TV for a rainy night. We love the balcony every morning and nights. The view is perfect. The top floor is quiet. The only complaint is the pool pump is annoying some nights. You can’t hear it inside the condo just on the balcony. The pool is wonderful, heated and plenty of seating. The location right on the beach can not be beat. We love the pool bar for a frozen cocktail. We travel from Pittsburgh, Pa and can’t wait to come back.

Girls trip

The unit was just as stated! Awesome view of the gulf, comfortable beds, well equipped with everything we needed. Management was great to work with and very responsive. Would most certainly visit again, if ever in the area.

Love the sunset at Sunset Vistas

Our small family of three loved staying at this top floor condo at Sunset Vistas. The two bedrooms provided space for everyone and we loved the balcony. The beach is right out the door and the lovely white sand beach was everything I was looking for in a short winter getaway. We will be back!

Great condo in great location in Treasure Island

We really enjoyed this top floor condo. The condo was very clean and had all the essentials. It is conveniently located on the beach in Treasure Island with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The patio view was great and is overlooking the pool and the beach and the pool was heated. We loved the beach area and had a couple of days with nice warm weather we were able to spend on the beach. The condo is just as pictured and check in process was very simple and the owners were easily accessible if we needed them. We had no issues and would definitely recommend this condo!

Awesome for our family!

Clean, very well furnished, awesome location. Had a very minor issue with the wash machine, property management/ maintenance was very responsive and prompt to address it. We so appreciated all the beach and sand toys! The area is great. Second time we Sunset Vistas and this particular condo was our favorite!

This condo suited our needs perfectly for our girls trip. Location and amenities were wonderful. The management was easy to communicate with and quick to respond with any questions we had. I don't know why you would stay anywhere else while visiting treasure island.

We had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, extra things to take to the beach or pool, very comfortable. We had an air-conditioning issue & someone came within15 min & fixed it, which we really appreciated!

Great condo and excellent customer service!

The condo we stayed was just as pictured…great location and amazing view! And the customer service was top notch…any time we had a question, we received an immediate response and the team was kind enough to drop off an extra hairdryer and beach chair for us with hours of our request. Would highly recommend!

Amazing

We spent the past week at this condo and it was nothing short of amazing! It has the perfect view of the beach. The sun rises from the opposite side of the condo so you can spend your morning relaxing on the balcony without the sun in your eyes. The beds are comfortable, and has plenty of extra blankets/pillows if needed. The kitchen has all the things you would need. The only thing I would say is if you are bringing small kiddos like us, bring them their own cups. The condo only has glass cups. The condo has beach chairs, sand toys and beach towels which was nice. You get one parking spot, but there is space for guest parking. The pool was perfect for us to relax after being on the beach. I would highly recommend this condo!
