We had a great stay. The property is huge and has so much space for people to hang out. The only downside was that after the rain the island did smell like sewage, but I guess that’s typical. Pool and hot tub were lovely!

property, location and pool - A overall - B- Beach renovation completing meant heavy equipment and 30" pipes on beach most of the week - should have been informed and some accommodation made. deck and deck furniture in need of attention: table wobbly, chair broke, another with cracked leg, tables stained. Wi-Fi very sporadic during the entire week. Toilet paper was of the quality expected in a gas station, not in a vacation rental of this level. Master bed was too high for older adults. No grab bars in any of the showers. The average renter will be older and may need them for safety. Renter's instructions should be reviewed to improve details provided.

Broken appliances

While the property and location was great we were disappointed with several things. The main floor washer and pool heater were broken when we arrived and while the property maintenance people responded quickly they were unable to fix the issue as replacement parts were needed. We did not have a functioning washer and pool heater until day 10 or 11 of our 14 day rental.
