Luksuslejlighed beliggende i en fredelig privat udvej kun 7 km fra Ciutadela by. Meget flot havudsigt og til et smukt fyrtårn. Stor fælles swimmingpool og haver, parkering. Kun 10 minutters gang til supermarkeder og Marina med alle tjenester (restauranter, barer, pubber, kemi, dykkerskoler, bådudlejning osv.). Kun 10 minutters gang til de berømte calas (strande) Son Xoriguer og Cala n Bosch. Dejlig lejlighed med aircondition, centralvarme og fuldt og totalrenoveret i 2015. Ideel til par med eller uden børn. Ingen kæledyr eller maskoter er tilladt. Hyggelige vandreture rundt i området for "romantiske solnedgange" (de bedste, du aldrig vil se fra Menorca med Mallorca i baggrunden ... du skal se det!). Den bedste lejlighed i området til den mest afslappende ferie. Det komplette feriested er også totalrenoveret mellem 2010 og 2014 med store investeringer fra alle naboer for at være sikker på, at alt er perfekt. Haveområdet er en skønhed, også ny swimmingpool og parkeringsplads !!

Great place and property

Had s lovely stay at this property, the surroundings are beautiful. The property is ideal for 2 people as the second bedroom is awkward to accessing. The apartment has everything we needed and just a short walk to the local shops and amenities. I will definitely be going back.

An excellent place for 3 nights on our own after a week with family sin another part of the island

A pleasant, homely apartment set in delightful grounds. The swimming pool looked very inviting, but it was windy on our short stay, so we resisted the invitation. The only thing we missed were a kettle and some instructions for using the coffee machine, but we managed with a saucepan and a small cafetiere. Lots of great eating places around the attractive harbour in Cala en Bosc. Tropicana, newly opened,was so good for lunch that we returned the next day!

Kettle is available in the kitchen so may be you did not look for it? there is one available for sure there and also you have the microwaves to get hot water.Coffe machine is very easy to use, you just add coffe and water and press the button, there is no a modern capsule one , but very easy to use, you just could have asked me or our landlady for your doubts at your arrival. Wow. The location was amazing and close to food, shopping and beaches. The view from Richard's unit far exceeded my expectations. The shades of blue from the pool to the sea to the sky were spectacular. We especially enjoyed sitting on the outdoor patio watching the birds and listening to their various calls. The pool offered crystal clear water with both sunny and shady spots for relaxing. Richard was friendly, helpful and responsive. I can't say enough good things about this stay and the great time we had there celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. Highly recommend without reservation!

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une super semaine à Minorque. L'appartement est dans une très jolie résidence arborée avec piscine bien entretenue. Fin juin, il n'y avait pas beaucoup de résidents, c'était calme et il faisait très beau et chaud, la clim dans la pièce principale a été très appréciée pour les siestes ! Nous avons tout le temps mangé sur le balcon qui est assez grand pour accueillir 4 affamés. Seul petit bémol, les ustensiles de cuisine ne sont pas de dernière génération et en petit nombre. Les enfants n'ont pas pu dormir dans la mezzanine, il y faisait trop chaud, ils ont dormi dans le salon, cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Je recommande cette location.

Bonjour Nicolas, merci beaucoup pour votre aimable réponse, et nous sommes ravis que vous ayez aimé le séjour. Les ustensiles "dernière génération" nous ne comprenons pas le commentaire car ils sont neufs toute cette année et la cuisine est précisément équipée pour l'appartement avec tout le nécessaire pour accueillir facilement jusqu'à 5 adultes, et tout est renouvelé tous les 2 ans et cette année est tous les nouveaux. D'un autre côté, dans la chambre supérieure, ma propriétaire a indiqué qu'il y avait un ventilateur et que beaucoup de gens adoraient y dormir, ainsi que sur le canapé-lit du salon avec une brise marine directe que nous avons juste en face. Merci beaucoup pour votre confiance et nous espérons pouvoir à nouveau prendre soin de vous à l'avenir, amis ou famille, vous serez toujours chaleureusement accueillis. Un câlin. Richard

Un appartement dans une résidence magnifique à 150 mètres du bord de mer...endroit superbe...à 20 mn de Ciutadella...le logement est très bien équipé, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un long séjour.

Dear Stephanie , thanks for your review, however, the key box is "right in front" of the door on rh side very visible and in all these years nobody has had any troubles with it, sorry you did not see it but our landlady clearly explained you and proof of it you did call me to say all was sorted, we know "late night arrivals" are stressful and so on...but please do not say is "hard to find" when the security box is right in front of entrance door on rh side of it, very visible. For other side, glad you had a Good time in Menorca and at our property as you did mention to me. Best wishes Owner

La urbanizacion donde está ubicado es muy agradable. El apartamento es muy mono. ,pero tiene varios desperfectos q deben arreglar: sumidero del lavabo, tirador de la cisterna del baño.Las toallas deberían de ser de mejor calidad o mas nuevas.

Très belle résidence, bien située et bien entretenue

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à Minorque et avons apprécié la très belle résidence, bien située. En ce début du mois de mai et avec des températures encore fraiches le matin et le soir, nous trouvons qu'une tableau pour manger à l'intérieur n'aurait pas été un luxe. Mais voilà, le coin salon plutôt petit ne le permet pas.

Nous ne comprenons pas votre commentaire sur le thème de la table car cet appartement est très bien détaillé et si table interne, devant le canapé pour manger si vous le souhaitez, que se passe-t-il que la grande table à manger se trouve sur la terrasse et que vous puissiez profiter de la magnifique vue de notre propriété sur la mer et sur l’ensemble du complexe. Si vous vouliez un bien plus grand que nous ne comprenions pas vos commentaires, il est très bien décrit et avec des photos détaillant clairement chaque séjour, notre bien est très bon pour une capacité de 4 personnes, car nous le louons depuis longtemps et qu’il n’ya jamais eu de plainte à ce sujet. ce thème. Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel. Une vue magnifique : idéale pour de bons apéritifs. Rien ne manque. La seule chose qui serait à améliorer serait la connection wifi. Si nous devions revenir sur Minorque, nous n’hésiterions pas à revenir.

Merci beaucoup pour votre aimable commentaire et heureux de prendre soin de vous dans votre séjour, le wifi à Minorque (non seulement dans notre complexe, mais dans toute l'île) ne fonctionne pas aussi bien que cela peut fonctionner sur le continent, mais sûrement apprécié beaucoup plus de l'île qui pour cela vient à Minorque ... pour "essayer de déconnecter" un peu de tout ça ... un câlin et un plaisir.

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful apartment situated just outside the main marina only 10 mins walk away. Lovely beaches close by and supermarkets within easy reach. The apartment is well looked after and is as described on the advert. The sea view is amazing the pictures don't do it justice as the tree blocking the view in the picture is a lot taller now so let's you see straight out to sea. The apartment is very well equipped and has every thing you will need. It is also very clean. The pool and grounds are very well looked after and it is very piece full. Richard and Sonia are very help full with answering any questions prior to your arrival or whilst you are on your Holiday. We couldn't have asked for more. We enjoyed it that much we are going to rebook for next year. Thanks to Richard for a superb stay

Wonderful stay , plenty of positive energy!!

Me and my girlfriend spent one week in October on this lovely apartament and complex, we were very lucky with the weather, very sunny and quite hot still , and we did swim every day on the lovely swimming pool area surrounded for a great and well looked after ( gardener every day there in the mornings) garden area surrounding whole complex. Sea views from the apartament terrace are just "idilic" with the lighthouse and the sea right in front of you...at night...so peaceful times with the lighthouse on...honestly, best place! Also , you have at walking distance the Marina of Cala N Bosch, with ALL you need to have a very relax stay ( supermarkets, restaurants, bars, quemistry, bus stop, and loads of activities to do there , boat trips, and so on...also a waterpark for children very nice called "Goody Goody") We did go three nights to Ciutadella town at only 10 mins drive from the property ( 7kms) and there is also a bus stop at the back of the complex where they will take you anywhere around the island , one bus every 20 mins aprox. in October. We did have the chance to visit Cala Macarella, and Macarelleta ( one of the 7 best beaches in the world been told) wich is only 15 mins drive too , and there are many around like Son Saura ( so beautiful too...) , Cala N Bosch and Son Xoriguer ( these last 2 at only 5/10 mins walking distance from property) , Cala Morell, Algaiarens...you will not get bored, I promise! We do highly recommend this lovely property wich has EVERYTHING to charge your "batteries" and make you think to come back again as soon as possible...we will be back for sure, thanks Richard for such a lovely time.

Lovely sea views, great property and complex!

Opiniones en ingles : Me , and my wife and our two young children stood on this lovely ( totally refurbished last year were told by owner) property allocated in a beatiful complex right in front of the sea.Property has ALL the needs to cover until 4 people, with 2 bedrooms ( 1 big bed and second with 2 beds very comfy to sleep only but more than enough we were looking for, as long as a nice sofa bed on linving room) , very well sorted and with plenty of kitchen things for cooking for 6 people with no problems. Terrace views are just wonderful...only 30 metres to sea waterfront and with a private entrance to the sea for first thing in the morning!! Also is very quite complex and only 2 mins walk distance to the Marina with all services there to make your stay very comfy. Cala´s are also at walking distance ( Cala N Bosch and Son Xoriguer sandy both) and you have main town ( Ciudadela) at only 10 mins drive ( 7kms aprox from property). Air Con not allowed at night

Air Con is an essential requirement for us to fully enjoy our holiday so I carefully chose this apartment for that reason. Only upon arrival did we discover that its use after 21.30 is banned because the noise disturbs the neighbours. After a very uncomfortable first night we found alternative accommodation nearby and informed the owner that we would not be staying. We felt the description of the accommodation was misleading. However, in addition I would point out the following:- There was no kettle, the saucepan we had to use to boil water had a wobbly handle and was very worn and old, there was a used cotton bud in the bin, a cigarette end on the balcony, a brown stained toilet bowl, no toilet paper, there were no instructions for TV which did not appear to be working, the shower was little more than a trickle. On the plus side there is a lovely view from the balcony and the great resort of Cala 'n Bosch is within walking distance. Sadly, the owner did not answer the phone when I rang, has not responded to any of my emails and has offered no apology or refund.

Sorry to hear this complain from these guests, wich being honest these persons were not polite at the arrival date with our lovely Landlady, they were in bad mode with her.The air conditioning that it is at our property works very well but after nearly 10 years we did fit the machine , 90% of the guests have never used it as the property has a very nice allocation in front of the sea that with the terrace window and the bedroom window open the seabreeze is so nice thar hardly air con required. Anyway, these guests used the air conditioning "24H" a day since they did arrive...even spending all day long out of the property, the machine was "on" and the neighbours below did complain as they say the guests leaving the property in the morning and returning in afternoons...while the machine was "on" all day long....not having any respect for the neighbours and for the owner ( myself) to pay a "nice bill"...the other issues on cleaning mentioned...no comments at all...as our landlady and myself do always our very best to keep the property in best conditions on each arrival, we are not a "5 star" hotel of course...but we do our very best all the time...and these comments are not going to be commented at all...simply are not right...our lovely property is allocated in one of the Menorca nicest, quitest and best areas...as our complex is lovely too...and hope everybody that comes to our property spends the best time of Menorca.

I am a person that loves the relaxing times after months of hard work and I did choose Menorca many years ago as my best place to find the peace and relax we all need from time to time. One day there is like 10 days any other place...you charge your batteries there and that's an incredible feeling...and you always want more, that's why many of our guests keep coming year after year, and friends...hope you share this with me and it will be a pleasure to look after you, your family or friends at our property, hoping you will find the same as I do when I have the time to be there. Enjoy life!

This property is perfect for holidays, because even in peak seasons, you do not realize at all as the complex is so quite that you do not get disturbed at all for car noises, etc, etc.
Also, you have Marina Cala N Bosch just 5 minutes walk from there and you have all the things you do need during the day (bar, restaurants, water sports, water park for children, hire boats for a great day out going from Cala to Cala on your own...I do recommend this at least once in a lifetime, etc.) and during the night (pubs, restaurants for real romantic dinners...etc, etc).
The complex also is allocated in one of the best areas from the Island and you have right in front the Cap D´Artrutx lighthouse which is a nice place to be at the Sunset with Mallorca at the background...very romantic..
